Nice but hidden problems

We really enjoyed turning up and was very excited about the beautiful views from the property. Unfortunately any ordered food was stone cold as it was brought in from another source. Not enough towels provided.Water to even flush the toilets went off for several hours with nothing. We felt intimidated by the staff warning and producing many, many rules and regulations that spoilt our stay.

It is in the middle of no where, have to cross a very dirty and busy area to get there, once there there’s nothing close by and the lack of service like room service or any convenience doesn’t help. The wifi was not working and I had to move to another hotel to be able to work, but had no refund from the property, even when the service promised was not delivered (wifi).

① The in- room telephone was broken so I had to text them. But they didn’t reply or replied late. ② Our room shower was broken. So I washed my body and hair by water from water server. ③ Power outage happened in Bali when I stayed at this hotel. It’s not their fault but they didn’t prepare candles or flashlights. So I had to stay at this hotel with no power, no light, no AC, no shower and no help from the hotel.
