This hotel has a lot of potential. The gardens are lovely and the communal areas are kept very well (we loved the shared pool). We were quite disappointed however with the “Honeymoon Villa” we booked. The general cleanliness was ok but the villa needed a lot of TLC, particularly the kitchen. The cupboards in the kitchen had rotten wood and dirt inside, one even had a hole in the floor.

Private Pool Room but Outdated.

This hotel is up in the hills. Very pretty property yet hasn't been maintained as well as It could be. The room felt outdated. Since its in the wilderness there were lots of bugs. I enjoyed my stay here for the price. Definitely felt like a 2.5 star hotel. If you dont mind older looking room then this is for you. Had a private pool and for the price it was excellent. I would recommend you use the app Grab to get around vs hotel services since their price was inflated. Got quoted 100K taxi when grab cost me 20k. Breakfast was very good.

Super nice Hotel!

We stayed for 3 nights but could have easily stayed longer!!! The pool is amazing the food is sooo yummy or if you need more variety it's just down the road! You can rent a scooter of her so everything is in minutes of driving!!! Sooo recommend that place to everyone!!!

很誇張

跟幾個朋友來住的，我只想說很糟。 有小蟲那些我都可以忍，畢竟峇里島有一些都是這樣的，可是房間沒有吹風機！還是我頂著濕頭髮半夜去跟櫃台要的，櫃台那時也沒人，到隔壁疑似他們休息的房間問，他們找了很久才找出一台小的給我，很小折疊的那種，女生頭髮長根本吹不乾。然後我隔壁的朋友、跟隔壁的隔壁的朋友，通通都說房間沒有吹風機，要也要不到，他們說『沒了！』，我只能把我借到的小吹風機分著用，大家這兩天住宿就三間房六個人共用一台迷你吹風機(圖3).......。朋友本來訂三天還四天的，臨時決定換別家，錢也不退了直接逃走。而且朋友房間的冰箱裡還有前房客留下來的榴蓮，而我房間浴室裡則是掛著前房客留下的沐浴類商品的垃圾....，懷疑根本沒有認真打掃細節，只有換床鋪跟垃圾袋而已。聽說峇里島都要給小費放房間，這家我給得真的很不爽。附上照片，一進去有階梯然後四間房，我朋友起初住第一間，結果沒有電！只好臨時換到第四間。我住第二間，廁所很臭，洗澡很痛苦，但其它間聽說就沒事。然後三間都沒吹風機，還讓我們共用一台。然後早餐是蠻好吃的....

Vi bodde på det här hotellet i nov 2017. Rummet luktade väldigt dåligt, möjligen mögellukt. När vi checkade in fick vi ett rum som var omöjligt att bo i eftersom det luktade så illa. Pratade med personal och fick nytt rum. Även andra rummet luktade illa men lite bättre än det första.

Stayed here recently, and it was the worst hotel/vila I have ever experienced in my life. We were three girls on vacation, and asked for an extra bed - only got a thin madrass on the floor. The rooms looked much bigger and better on the pictures. But the extra madrass barely fitted on the floor - this we also had to pay extra for. The breakfast was OK, not the worst. The staff didnt understand much english. The hotel manager only wanted money, when we asked her to call a Taxi for us, she said the hotel had their own transport - but they were charging us for much more then regular taxies. Transport from the hotel to Padang Padang was 150.000, and it was only a 5-8 min drive. We constantly had to bargain with the hotel manger with the transport, because she wouldnt call a taxi for us. We stayed there three days, and the internet never worked once. We complained about it the second day, but was told that the internet was working just fine, and that we were wrong. One of the nights we decided to go back to the hotel and eat dinner there, so we could save money on transport. But when we came back to the hotel, we were told that the chef had gone home. This resulted in that we had to pay 250.000 back and forth to Padang Padang, to get some dinner. All in all - awful stay.

Die Anlage hat eine Menge Potential. Alleine die Staff läst sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei uns wurden Fotos für die hotelhompage gemacht. Handtücher auf den Liegen verteilt, danach waren diese nicht mehr für die Gäste! Möglichst keine Arbeit! Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Dafür sensationeller Ausblick über Uluwatu.

Awesome place and great value for the money

Wonderful stay at Bali Eyes. Quiet hilltop villa with great infinity pool overlooking the volcano. Iluh was wonderful at the front desk and booked me transportation to Lembognan that I would have paid double for if I did it on my own. Gated property and very safe feeling. Away from the riffraff but it is just down the street if you're looking for a party. Would stay there again in a minute.

Beautiful views, unfriendly staff

The Eyes has so much potential, amazing location and views however the attitude and level of service from the hotel manager was very disappointing and ruined the stay. AC in the rooms was below par and lack of food/drink facilities on site made hireage of scooters a necessity for any ammenties.

Dreadful.

We booked a 250m2 two-bedroom Grande villa for two nights. It was suffocatingly hot with no effective AC or ventilation. The two small units in the bedrooms struggled to cool the bedrooms, never mind the big living area too. The ceiling fan didn't work, and on request was substituted with a portable fan. But if the doors or windows were opened, very hot air and mosquitoes flowed in - the outside heat seemed to be amplified by the mostly unshaded black concrete surrounding the place. So, the AC was so underpowered to be ineffective, and the open doors and widows and use a fan method didn't work either due to bugs and the very hot outside air. The pool was in full sun surrounded by more concrete, and did not look clean. There is no restaurant or other cool place within walking distance. The villa was generally grubby and poorly maintained. The doors were warped to make one inch gaps for bugs to get though, and we had to buy our own mosquito coils. The place seemed generally grubby and of a low standard, although they charge a high rate and there are positive reviews and nice photos on the internet. We found new accommodation and just returned to pack up and depart. We offered to pay for the night, but they declined. The night staff were polite and friendly enough as we left. The basic design of the buildings is wrong for the environment it is in. And now decay seems to have set in too.
