Beautiful property with huge air conditioned villas. Amazing ocean view on the cliff. Easy scooter rental to get anywhere you want to go. Friendly and helpful staff
Rauhallisella paikalla erittäin viihtyisässä maisemassa. Lähimmät palvelut (ravintolat yms) reilun kilometrin päästä. Uima-allas hyvin klooripitoinen. Standardihuone hyvin niukasti sisustettu eikä vedenkeitintä. Pienikokoinen yleinen uimaranta n. 400m päästä. Suosittu surffaajien kesken.
10 minuters trappgång ner till stranden. Gick tyvärr inte att sola där då tidvattnet var högt. Kackerlackor på rummet, dåligt städat med döda insekter kvar. Går inte att få annat än frukost. Ligger helt off.
Cool location happy friendly owners, great pool and view short walk to the beach, cool ress near by

Ok place, a little pricy for what it is and compared to other places in the souroundings. slightly run down and quite basic. but friendly people running it.
We had a lovely stay. The room had basic facilities but wverything was so clean and bed was extremely comfortable!
2-3 min walk to the main strip near the beach .
We really enjoyed ourselves. The pool area was nice to dive in or just chill .
need your own scooter if u stay here as nothing around it which unfortunately we didn’t realise until we arrived. We were then stuck as it’s quite secluded so can’t even walk to the main road to hail a taxi. Food is limited on site and no restaurant or pool bar as such. More just a place to leave your things and go off for the day. No facility to hang up clothes in our room, fridge unclean and freezer was totally iced up. No beach access unless you want to walk down the steepest steps with limited handrails and then trek through the bush. Nice views though. No one around as only has limited villas on site so if you like to hang out at the pool listening to music meeting lots of new people this isn’t for you. If you want some peace and quiet away from it all this would be perfect. The 3 staff that worked there when we were there were friendly and helpful. Sadly it wasn’t for us and we didn’t finish our stay there.

nice quiet hotel, old style bali charm, good location friendly staff
Puri Uluwatu Villas is a peaceful getaway. It was easy to get around the area with our rental car. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and clean facilities. Staff was extremely nice. Would recommend Bingin Beach for surfing (Surf school bali) rather than Padang Padang main beach.

Hidden Getaway
The property is a hike to get to from the airport, however, it is close to the beach and provides a good starting point for adventures in Uluwatu. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were even able to set us up with a very reliable driver. Aside from being given a different room than we had booked ( a long-term resident was renting monthly), this was an amazing place to get away from the business of the city and relax.

Meh
Pros: Well intentioned and friendly staff, convenient location a walk away from Uluwatu and private. Cons: Villa was run down... room dark and poor quality furnishings, not a whole lot of support staff. The villa itself fine, but for the price I expected more, since you can get more for the same price in the area.

Beautiful original features, feels a bit run down
Stunning setting with direct walkway to small beach. Beautiful wooden and stone architecture and an amazing pool. With a bit of renovation this place could be amazing.
The Villa ist very historic and beautiful with its small Details. The Hotel Area is natural and historic with small statues and ornaments at the walls. The Atmosphäre was fantastic because we were the only guest and felt like princesses.
Don't expect one of this touristic chic and clean Standard Hotel. Ist more than that, it is really authentic!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Villas, I am a female early 20s traveling solo and wanted some down time to relax and have some quiet... This place was perfect! Everyday I laid by the immaculate pool, walked through the jungle to get to the beach and also to restaurants on the cliff! The staff was funny and very responsive. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Bali!
This hotel does not look like the pictures. In Bali a hundred US dollars usually gets you something decent. If you are on a surf trip you will feel like you got ripped off for a hundred bucks for this place. The place is really run down. I was with my husband and we checked in and left within an hour and lost out on our money, but it wasn't even worth it to me to spend the night there. The staff members were nice. There were no other hotel guests staying there. I wish there had been more accurate reviews of this place so I hadn't wasted my time.
It has good ocean view. But at first glance when we reached at night 9.30 it felt like a haunted place. The staff were apethetic to our difficulties of reaching their place. The villa is about 100m from the main road on a small paved road that is completely dark. The rooms are independent and old, someone can easily break the door with one kick.
Beautiful and perfect location for a vacation, just 5 minutes to shops, restaurant and Blue point beach for surfers. Uluwatu has the best beaches and have a super nice landcape, compare to Kuta and Seminyak, there is no trafic or noise here. Every room has there own personal touch, and the pool is very nice, and a super nice rooftop. Only thing I miss is, if you want food in the evning you have nothing opportunities to buy on the hotel, and the restaurant at Blue Point close early. But a quite and romantic place, for family, couples or friends.

No room available
Very disappointed with the service we received at this hotel. After a 24 hour flight from UK, we arrived to the hotel and were told that there had been a mix up with our booking and we were staying at another hotel - which they assured us was same quality. We had received no email from expedia of this effect and was just told the name of the other hotel. We had just let our taxi go and had to order another which we had to pay for. The hotel staff did not handle the mishap well at all with a few worded apologies and no further offer of reimbursement for taxi. We never received an email from expedia so can only assume that they had still pocketed our money for the stay. The hotel they moved us to was NOT of the the same quality, the pool wasn't even working. After our long flight this was not the best start to our holiday!
