This hotel was clean and tidy. They had a shuttle service into town for an extra charge and very friendly staff.

Ten times overpriced

Showed up at 10pm and waited 30m for them to "confirm my reservation" and then another 30m to "clean the room" - bell boy smoked cigarette and watched us carry luggage up to room. Room was dirty, sheets had stains, sink was cracked and leaking, shelves slanted downward and falling off the wall. Breakfast the next day, staff advised us to "eat elsewhere" because we "probably won't like the Chinese food being served".

The staff are very helpful and always happy to see you but the over all Hotel needs a facelift. I need good aircon so I can sleep and after a week there I'm still catching up on sleep at my new hotel.

Fanns verkligen ingenting att göra runt om hotellet. inga restauranger eller butiker. Dreamland Beach var inget att se heller. De drog pengar från min väninnas kort när hon pratat med dem om att hon skulle betala med kontanter och de hade sagt att det var okej att betala senare. Ingen service alls när vi frågade om restauranger i något samhälle i närheten. ingen bra hotellupplevelse alls.

disappointing stay, glad to be back home

we stayed for 4 nights at the hotel, which is located with several other hotels in a designated resort area of Pecatu, Bali in the south Kuta region. we had an 'upgraded' suite, but this may have been the worst hotel experience I have had. the hotel staff, common areas and property are well well maintained. its the room that stands out as the big red flag, as well as the isolation from everything that made it a terrible experience. room cleanliness was not upto south east asian standards, let a lone north american standards: dirty, smelly washrooms, insects including cockroaches running around, no water pressure in the shower, ac not fully functioning. not to sound petty, but the mattress was hard as a rock and the tv was an old-school CRT one. admittedly, I was convinced by the photos of the common areas and the few from the foyer. I was disappointed by the actual room and over all experience. worst review I have ever written, sorry for the rant

Stay down the road

Very run down hotel, very poor service & strictly for Chinese Tour bus crowds, doors in hallways slamming shut all evening and all early morning as Tour guests come and go. Balconies are inches apart so can hear every word of guests talking on balcony at all hours.

Cheap hotel

The hotel room was alright, the hotel played incredibly annoying music loudly all day long. I asked twice for reception to call a taxi for us and they couldn't "reach them" so we took a hotel shuttle for 150.000 idr for a ride that cost us 80.000 the day before. It is close to the beach and cheap but very very basic and not nice by any means.

Isolated, dirty stain hotel

First of all - the hotel is so far away. Its like 1-2 h from the city. There is not much to do in the area, or restaurants to eat at. Second - when entering to the hotel room we had to go into a dark and dirty hall way (not at all as shown on the pictures). The room was really small. There was bugs all over the place. The curtain was ripped up, and the worst part; we saw tiny blood stains and stains on the bed sheets, the walls, the picture, the table desk.. We couldn't wait to get out of there quickly enough. The music that is played in the halls are haunting, as the hotel it self. The pool area plays super loud techno music. The food are expensive. We checked out the day we arrived at our hotel, which was the best decision we've done.

Hotel precisa de reparos! O banheiro do nosso quarto tinha um odor forte de urina! Após reclamação nos mudaram para um apartamento com cozinha! Ao entrar no quarto fui ver as condições do banheiro e ao levantar a tampa da privada tinham 3 baratas na tampa! Os funcionários eram prestativos, mas o hotel precisa urgente de manutenção ! Após tudo isso o funcionário da recepção nos disse que poderíamos jantar e consumir o frigobar! Optamos em não jantar no hotel, apenas consumimos água e refrigerante do frigobar e na hora do check out vieram Nos cobrar. ???!!! Tudo isso aconteceu em 1 diária, pois nosso voo havia sido alterado! Não voltaria a ficar lá! Ficamos no mesmo bairro em um hotel muito melhor Le grande bali!

DON'T go over here if you HATE stairs!

Not suitable for families with younger children and people with bad knees. First of all, DON'T go over here if you HATE stairs! When we first arrived, the room was in a bad condition. One of the electric outlets was completely detached, the curtain was ripped, and the sofa was damaged. We promptly took photographs to prove that those were not our fault. The hotel tried to charge us breakfast for our two children, even though we booked for four. Although it is located very close to a beach, it is not suitable for swimming. You will love it if you are a surfer, though... Unfortunately, this hotel is also located in the middle of nowhere. Bring a water filter if you are planning to stay more than a day or two. They charge an arm and a leg for drinking water (no, the tap water is not drinkable, and it is a bit salty). I bought mine for around USD20. Saved us a bundle. All and all, avoid this place unless you are a surfer.

Isolate, clean and friendly and food good.

I booked online for our family 2 adults and 2 children. I rang WOTIF to clarify this was all ok and we would fit in the room and received and email stating the room capacity was for 4 people and children up to the age of 17. Hotel sent me confirmation of pick up from airport also. On arrival there was no collection from airport, we were waiting late at night and had to find a driver. We did receive free transport to our next location. At the hotel we were told we had to purchase a second room for the children. We were charged the rate x2 and the children were placed down the corridor. Not impressed, the next day, the manager would not budge on price but did move the children closer (lucky they are 13 and 16). So really the accommodation was not cheap and we were mislead. The staff generally were lovely and the food was quite good. Location is quite far out and if weather is bad not a lot to do.

Nice hotel, very quiet

The hotel is large, very quiet. Its a bit of a distance from the main areas of Bali. The pool was dirty and tge place could use updating but tge grounds are perfectly cared for and the staff were lovely. Would stay here again.

Was looking forward to a great stay in Dreamland (my favourite beach), but was a little disapointed..... Having come from a lovely hotel in Nusa Dua was expecting a little more than this offered. The first disapointment was the small rooms and tiny bathroom. All rooms have a deck but its just too hot to sit in the blazing sun. The hotel is badly designed as there is no relief from the sun. No lush tropical plants to sit amongst. The pool area is equally as hot. At least you can get in the pool, which is very warm. But the worst feature is the VERY LOUD music which they play all day at the pool. We just couldn't relax and read quietly. We had to go out to get any peace. True this hotel is situated very close to Dreamland and Bingin which is where we wanted to be. A short ride to Balangin, padang-padang and Uluwatu. So great surf is close! But I wouldn't come here if I wanted to have a resort experience. The asian tourists that stay here sleep here and breakfast and leave on buses for tours. So it was empty during the day. At least we had the pool to ourselves after a full day beaching and surfing....
