terrible! the staff is NOT friendly and the room unclean!! there were unts everywhere and one big cockroach welcomed to our room, the blanket of the bed looked not new and the materass was old and soft only the great view of the ocean compensated a bit but it was not enough

Good location, rooms need work
Rooms are very basic but have great views of the beach. We booked this room because of its location (right next to Single Fin) and its relatively cheap price compared to other hotels. We only stayed for one night so our stay was okay, I would not like to stay there any longer. When checking in, staff were unaware of my booking (even though I had paid for it 2 weeks in advance). The room had a very strong smell of bleach which was making all of us cough and feel sick. There was mould on the roof, the taps were rusty, and the "extra bed" we paid for was a mattress on the ground. This mattress also made my friend itchy so 3 of us had to sleep in the same bed anyway. Overall, if you are looking for a cheapish place to stay for one night in Uluwatu right next to Single Fin, then this place will be okay. I would not recommend for a long stay.

Basic rooms with an amazing view!
A very basic hotel with not much comfort in the rooms, but it's got an amazing view over the ocean and is just next to single fin, Uluwatu's most popular bar/restaurant. This hotel suits people who are just looking for a hotel to sleep at, not spending the whole day since there's no pool and very basic rooms. Scooter rental and transport service just at the front. Good banana pancakes for breakfast with the perfect view. Good spot for surfers!

They moved us to another homestay because they were fully booked - even though we had our reservation confirmed. Apparently this is not the first time it happens.
