"This small property is big on service and amenities. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Good in room provisions to make coffee, and refrigerator and microwave if needed. The lounge area provided hot water with the options for tea, hot chocolate or oatmeal and a nice place to relax outside of the room. Two 4-person hot tubs were available with stunning dark sky experiences. The location allows for ski in/out options, hiking trails our a few block walk to the Main street full of shops and...

"Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!"

"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...
