「Unfriendly host. No inclination to be helpful.
KETTLE in room, but no coffee only tea. Absolutly no amenities to have lunch or dinner in room or some common aeria.
She had a micro wave behind the counter, but was offended by the idea of sharing it with the guest.

「The concierge, Constantine, was delighful. He was always ready to help when I called - even in the evening - and he ran up and down the xhurch stairs to help park our rental car. A fabulous experience overall. 5 stars!!」

「This guesthouse is outstanding! If I ever go back to Plovdiv, I will want to stay there again and have already recommended it to others. The room is beautifully set up with every amenity plus extras. Gorgeous rooms and building, and a very convenient location to get to the town center by walking through the park.」

「Room was clean and tidy. The Mountain View and little balcony was very nice. The parking was easy and spacious. It was in close walking distance to the downtown Bansko area where all the bars and restaurants are. The owners were very pleasant. 」
