الشقة بشكل عام نظيفة وجميلة، مع مطبخ مجهز بكامل أدواته، وإطلالتها ممتازة. و مناسبة لعائلة أو مجموعة أشخاص. كما أنها قريبة من سوبرماركت وعدد من المطاعم، والطاقم متعاون وودود جدًا.
العيب الوحيد هو صعود الدرج (لانها في مرتفع مثل بعض الفندق في المنطقة)، وقد يكون متعبًا لكبار السن، لكن ذكر أحد طاق م الشقة أنه في السنة القادمة سيكون هناك شارع جديد يمر بالقرب منها."
