「We had an excellent off-season stay here. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, with very comfortable beds. The whole property is friendly to dogs on leashes(except possibly inside The Red Slate Restaurant). We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time exploring nearby Manchester, Londonderry, and Dorset. Saturday evening before I left New York I called to remind them I'd be there late and to have the heat on in the room and I was told no problem. Later I received an voicemail stating that they had no room for me. The annoyance is that hotels.com has my confirmation for my reservation, So the communication is almost non-existent.」

「Amazing! Cannot get a better location! So close to everything! Quick walk to village shops and slopes. Very clean. Lots more room than I was expecting for two big 17 year old boys and parents. Kids had their own bedroom, bathroom and storage area on main floor, adult had master suite with own bathroom upstairs. Plenty of room in kitchen and family room. The only complaint is that hotels hot tubs and pool were over run with too many little kids. 」
