「All staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel was in good condition and clean. For a hotel all meal and drink prices were reasonable. Ideally placed for a walk along one of the best beaches in Norfolk and very short drive into G Yarmouth or Lowestoft. The new children’s water fun area is brilliant for the little ones and free.」

「Check in was super easy and quick, the lady on reception was very informative and polite! The room was clean and had a balcony and terrace which was lovely. 「This is a budget hotel and I have reviewed it as such. At £23 a night it was perfect for my overnight pit stop. Room was dated but perfectly functional. Shower was a little small but plenty of hotwater and great pressure. Room was clean and bed comfy, I slept like a log. 2 towels provided and provisiions for 2 cups of coffee. Microwave and fridge. 「Waste of my time submitting a review you so r post? Hotels.com? A waste of time.Turned up at our hotel and the entry code didn’t work. Because someone had changed the lock. 「Its a very dated property, but it gives it that real seaside hotel feel about it. Traditional! The rooms are clean with a modern bathroom (lacking shelf space in the bathroom). But lots of facilities in the room, and the daily maid service was great, giving us more bottled water and towels on a two night stay. 」
