I booked this hotel because it had over 1,000 reviews and a 4.8-star rating, but my experience was the complete opposite. This place felt more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. The hallways smelled like vomit, there was vomit in the elevator, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. People were screaming outside throughout the night, and others...

「Allen at the front desk very nice and helpful checking in and extending our stay. The other front desk guy was good at keeping the entrance clean and continental breakfast stocked. Just ask. It was unfortunate the pool was closed. It was 3/4 full of clean water. I wanted to jump in anyway. We stayed 5 days. They didn’t change the beds but easy to get towels,toilet paper ect..」

「Very musty smelling. So strong we had him Change our room. The second room was equally musty but the wet dog smell was less but the underlying cigarette smell was stronger. Although everything looked clean it bd a feeling of dampness. The bedsheets even felt moist. And there was a continual high pitched noise all night.」

「The room smelled like smoke, there were ashes everywhere, on the toilet, counters,everywhere. The sink was dirty and we didn’t feel comfortable staying, so we left. I’m sure it will meet the needs of some, just not us. The pictures do look nice online and I’m sure if they actually cleaned it and got rid of the random people hanging around it wouldn’t be bad」
