Only thing decent was the pool. Staff was rude and unorganized and discriminatory, me and my partner was ordering food and before we even finished orde ring food they already handed me the bill. Rooms were full of ants and very dirty. This place was not very welcoming and I would never recommend this place even to my enemies. If you want to NOT experience Thai hospitality, This is the best place to visit

Comfort on the beach

Nice open hotel in 2 wings with large pool in between. Room are pleasant and airy with balconies. Convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff could be more friendly not wait for a greeting from the guest. Attention to detail, room maintenance, gardens around the edges. Overall a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Will stay again.

Shame about the service.

Let’s start by saying that the whole of Jomtien is struggling for somewhere great to stay. The pros - Location is excellent 3 big pools Housekeeping The cons - Lack of customer service Non existent pool attendent Breakfast wasn’t great A/C not great Overall we stayed for the location and the 3 pools but there are so many ways in which this hotel could up their game.

totalt nedslidt og snavset i alle kroge .åircon på værelset larmede så men måtte slukke det om natten, aircon i restauranten virkede ikke så alle vinduer og døre stod pivåbne for at få en smule luft og en stor mængde fugle og fluer mm ind. restauranten var under al kritik hvad hygiejne angår, brugt bestil kunne forekomme, rengøring af og til foregik med en tør klud eller kost. jeg måtte bede rengøringsdamen om at fjerne skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. det var næsten umuligt at gøre opmærksom på disse kritiske forhold da personalet kun talte thai, ok der var et par stk der talte meget dårligt engelsk . dett hotel er under al kritik kan ikke anbefales

Beach with a view

Great location right on the beach all rooms with balcony overlooking the massive pool. Rooms are well appointed clean but if not up in time can miss being refreshed. Gardens especially in the front and by the beach exit require a bit of attention. Restaurant on the ground floor,is ok, offers basic nothing exciting, great for the groups. Very convenient to local area for shops and trips into Pattaya. Would stay again.

Great hotel nice pools great location right on the beach right near all the shops but no one speaks English and it is next to impossible to communicate any basic requests. Other than that great spot mostly Russians

Not 5 star at all,would say 3 star

Staff do not speak English,arrived late afternoon asked for iron,hotel have no iron and its 5 star hotel,ordered room service food after which had food poisoning,took ages to explain what we wanted to order,if you go to this hotel never order food and bring or buy your own iron,hotel in general is ok,but definitely not 5 star,service and hotel itself is 3 star 100%,but when you expect to have 5 star experience and not get it then you want to write negative reviews,it would be better if they say its 3 star and people would give honest good reviews as 3 star hotel,would not recommend and wouldn’t come back again. Breakfast is poor choice and the same every day,far to walk to main road,at least they could have shuttle bus, Our room was big with nice view but thats it,anyway not 5 star thats all.

No water pressure , smelly toilet , bath tub doesn't have hot water No one I repeat, no one speak a bit of english Internet extremely slow , and have to reconnect in every 5 minutes Breakfasts is not white people , they serv rice and thai food for breakfast . Nice hotel with great pools and good location

I have stayed in this hotel for a few times. Love the location and the pools. It’s quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya but close enough to enjoy the city when you feel like it. Most of the staff are great and very helpful. I encountered some with bad attitude as I was travelling with my European husband. All the facilities are well taken care if and very clean. My only criticism would be the air conditioner in my room which was freezing no matter how I tried to adjust. All in all I love this gem and will definitely stay there again.

Find another hotel

Bird shot and dead cockroachs on the balcony. Cigarette burns on tiles in bathroom bare thin towels dirty pool and towels no staff and breakfast like a cattle feedlot. Do you want more. Take advice don't stay here

Breakfast was typical Thai 4 star hotel.Its a quiet location and close to beach with very good access. The room doors banged quite loudly. When I arrived (self drive) there was no obvious sign to say you were at the right place. I did like the surrounding area, better than average for Jomtien

Beautiful hotel appalling staff and service

Great hotel facility in fabulous location right on the beach. Room was nice with balcony and sea view. Management of this hotel is disgraceful. Non smiling staff, very little understanding of simple English, requests were often not understood, calls to reception were often just hung up because they didn't understand. Room service took 30 minutes to get menu and another 45 minutes for sandwiches. Dirty tray left in corridor for 2 days. Toilet paper, tissues not replenished. Breakfast poor choice western menu didn't go back after first experience. Staff slam doors of service room at all hours of the day and night that echoes throughout the building would wake the dead!

I call this hotel, the hotel of great potential, but it has yet to achieve it. On the first day, the concierge was quick to offer transport options that lined his & his friends pockets (the most expensive) while not offering or explaining the the very regular, reliable and cheap options for getting into town. On the second day, the power went out in the hotel for 6 hours with no appropriate generator to tide the hotel through. The reception said, "No electricity in this area." But all the shops and other hotels had their power and wifi working, so not true! The WiFi was horrible, very weak and always cutting out. The staff, seemed to act so inconvenienced when you asked them for simple hotel requests, like doing their jobs was an extra burden. The rooms were lovely and the maid service was excellent. As I said before, I call this hotel one of great potential as it needs better management and service.

Beautiful hotel but would not stay again

Other reviews on the site are accurate--it's a beautiful, beach front hotel with clean rooms and great pools; there's no bar service by the pool; guests would be better off skipping breakfast; tour groups are in and out. One thing to add (and which affected our comfort rating) is that the rooms have connecting inner doors that are not solid, insulated or soundproofed, rather hollow with design press board coverings. Consequently, we could hear sounds down to whispers and paper being crumpled in the room next door and our neighbors could presumably hear the same from our room. Thus, although we enjoyed the pools and the cleanliness of our room, we would not stay again.

Wifi is dreadful, spent a fortune using 3G as no connection, complianed every day No pool bar open No service at pool No towels at times Just no staff Housekeeping was good Porters really only other good service ( for a tip ) Night porter/ manager very rude It could be a wonderful hotel BUT total lack of service Such as shame I stay in pattaya over 50 nights a year but I wouldn't be returning to this hotel.

On the beach

This is a great location not close to the beach, but on the beach. If you use the back exit you are on the beach, if you use the front exit you are on the main road just hold your hand out and ride a bot bus in to Pattaya 10 minutes’ or less ride. Hotel staff there for the customer. I ask for a room repair and it was completed on the spot. Needed help with printing some personal documents staff was there for me and I got copies made with no problems. The only reason I would not tell someone about the Hotel would be to keep it for myself.

Niemals ein 5 Sterne Hotel!! Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Dusche völlig verkalkt und verschimmelt. Nach Meldung an der Rezeption, passierte nichts. Habe dem Zimmermädchen dann gezeigt wie man den Dreck und Schimmel in den Fugen wegbekommt. Zumindest war das Bad dann etwas sauberer. Das ganze Hotel macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Personal völlig überfordert, spricht kaum Englisch und auch sonst kein Engagement. Warme Speisen beim Frühstück waren alle kalt. Außer Toastbrot keine Brotsorten. Kaffee ungenießbar.

サービス面に問題あり

施設設備は４つ星レベル。サービスがゲストハウス並。スタッフの教育が不十分。スマホとおしゃべりに夢中でゲストのことなど考えていない。ゲストのことを見ていない。挨拶もない。愛想もない。ゲストの前でスマホいじって仕事しない。5泊の滞在中にサービスというものを受けたことがないとさえ言える。デポジットに３千バーツ要求される。しかもカードは使えず。キャッシュオンリーと主張される。フロントも英語が話せるのは一人しかおらず、なかなか話が通じない。

En stor skuffelse

Hotellet var preget av dårlig renhold, generelt dårlig organisering og elendig service. Frokosten kunne vært vært bra om de ansatte hadde ryddet og vasket litt. Det var i utgangspunktet fine rom men dårlig renhold trekker ned. Utendørsområdet med fine basseng fungerte heller ikke særlig godt. Det fantes ikke parasoller f.eks og dermed var det umulig å oppholde seg der særlig lenge.

Flott og rolig hotell

Flott hotell med fin beliggenhet og rolig område. God og variert mat. Litt dårlige engelsk-kunnskaper på de ansatte. Renhold var greit, men glass og kopper ble bare skylt i vasken -

下午五時去check in也未執房,訂的是sea view 房,但比pool view房，叫我問返Expedia 點解賣sea view房，不負責任的態度，房有臭味，厠所漏水，早餐難食，每日要到receptions 去renew房卡，唔係入唔到房，不方便,完全是兩星酒店，我還訂了三晚，不值這個價錢，三晚也好難頂
