Wery nice hotel with friendly service. Clean and relaxed atmosphere. As for many places in Pattaya the area close to the hotel needs to be taken care of to make a 5 star impression. Wont be much effort to remove garbage from the small sandstrip butvit would give a so much better impressipn.

Staff friendly and helpful, I told a problem to the receptionist and when I went back to the room, someone was already there to solve it. 5-star. So it is the lobby, the breakfast-room and the well kept pool aera. But the rooms are similar to 3 or 4-star hotels with some furniture showing clear signs of use. Just the view is really nice. And the toilet-technic seems to be from the 1980s. I had the problem of clogging everyday ! It is written at the wall, that you should not throw the used toilet paper into the toilet, but into sanitary bags like women's ties ... what kind of toilet is this ... ? So the rating for a 5-star hotel can only be an 'ok'. Most of the guest from Russia.

The hotel was not as stated the view I had was of a car park area and not a city view, the second pool was being refurbished and no one informed us prior to arrival, the rooms were of bad condition and the food was not great. The hotel area was noisy I left after 2 days and the hotel would not refund me any money. I would not visit this hotel again and recommend that you remove it from your list.

+Great service from check in counter +Hotel is situated in a more quiet location +7-11 is right in front of the hotel which made is convenient to get drinks/food/snacks -Water pressure was way too high and made water spread everywhere -No dedicated air purifier -No place to hang the shower spray except bathtub head -No place to hang the towel -No entry card inserted inside the room (had to be inserted and remove with our own unlike other high end hotels) -Scenery is bad if you dont get the sea view -Tourists are loud and made noises all night -Doors made loud noises when open and close -Bed is too stiff -Bedsheet and blanket thread counts are too low -Not enough facial napkins provided -Water provided is not good quality -Swimming pool towel requires room number and signing -Swimming pool bathroom is smelly -Swimming pool shower is not heated

Er was weinig variatie in het eten. We konden alles bij de buren op de kamer horen en iedereen die over de gang liep. Badkamer werd niet schoongemaakt er werden alleen nieuwe handdoeken neer gelegd. Personeel vond telefoon belangrijker dan de gasten. Het personeel sprak super slecht engels

Verder weg geleden maar lekker rustig.

Ligt wat verder weg van centrum maar wel zowat aan het strand. Maar vervoer is zeer goedkoop en hoeft dus geen belemmering te zijn. Het hotel heeft 2 zwembaden met ligbedden maar kan ook gebruik maken van het mooie zwembad van het naastgelegen hotel aan het strand. Ontbijt erg Aziatisch en dus weinig keuze als je voor een Westers ontbijt gaat.
