Villa sharing a pool might be a bit overwhelming with families with small children since it is noisy and you have not time to relax. Complained to lobby staff but unable to help nor to follow policy, if any. Villa key turns on/off the power of the unit; therefore; the AC units. If you leave the room gets really hot and takes forever to cool off.

Thank you so much for your comment. In regards to the sharing Pool Villa, it is a shared pool between you and the 4 other villas. So these other villas are entitled to same access to the pool as you are. If you choose to sleep at 7.30PM, the hotel can not tell other guests that they have to go to bed at this time as well. I am aware that they might have disturb you a bit at this time but they are just trying to enjoy thier holiday as well. We do apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused to you. You will find that many hotel including ourselves are keen to reduce energy cost. Thus using the room key which when inserted to the holder behind the door turns on/off the main power to the room. This is so when people go out for the day that they not leave the lights or air-conditioning on all day needlessly. We all have a responsibility to consume energy more responsibly. Thank you for your understanding.

Near the beach, Garden style atmosphere
Hotel Staff friendly and helpful, Although the entrance to the hotel is right across from the beach, many of the rooms are further back. This is good for those who like to enjoy peace and quiet while still being close enough to the action. Many small houses that are being upgraded, saw one for sale Looks like this place will continue to improve as they upgrade. The price was reasonable for the product. Will consider staying again possibly in the 3BR unit,the small houses between the front and the back, where most of the multiple room buildings are.

Very disappointed in this resort
On conformation it stated 1 king bed, we received 2 singles pushed together, both beds were old spring mattresses and you can see springs sticking up through top, very very uncomfortable. The bathroom was the smallest one I’ve ever seen, the shower rose is facing the toilet pan and and so spashes water over the pan as you are stuck between wall and pan. I could go on but i feel I’ve said enough all ready No staff spoke to us or offered any help

Not 4 Stars but very much worth the price
Was a bit disappointed when I first moved as the internet was not working and the breakfast the next morning was rather plan but the hotel hopped right on fixing the internet and got it working. The shower was weak at best but the service was always friendly and prompt. I would stay here again knowing what I know but I'd try to get a better shower. One really nice feature of this hotel is that several of the areas, its a big complex, have semi-private pools for the guests. The pool was always clean and mostly unused giving me a "private" pool most of my stay.

Quite cheap price Breakfast is limited in choice but included Very quiet inside the resort despite being walking distance from night market Room are ok, only troubling thing is toilet are just below the shower and no separation else it s clean with a drawer which can be lock. It s a good overall deal for people not trying to spend much. I recommend it

Very bad experience
One of the worst stay of my family vacation. Villa was completely in bad shape. Poor wifi. Very rude behaviour of staff. Wrong allegation put on us for breaking flush and demanded extra money. Also threatened us if calling police if not paying that money.

a budget hotel situated right on jomtien beach. the rooms were a little old and needed a good clean and a repainting but the pool and food were excellent and the staff lovely it was very cheap given the location so you could not complain too much

Old-fashioned, nice office staff, room not cleaned
Room service was problematic. I always had to ask for the basics: water, dry towels, toilet paper etc. Even then they usually forgot everything until 6-7 pm, when I reminded them. Room was never cleaned, or sheets changed, unless I specifically asked, and often more than once. That said, the staff in reception were friendly, and they looked after my bag when I went off for a few days. They also helped transport te bags from reception to my room, which was quite a long way away. Swimming pool was nice, but got crowded with local kids being given swimming lessons every afternoon. Breakfast was not great, but passable. The coffee was instant, not percolated, let alone fresh. The property itself had a lot of villas on it; some occupants a little noisy, most OK. Same with room occupants. Smoking on the shared balcony/walkway was obtrusive for non-smokers like myself. The trees and shrubs were extremely well maintained

Good value. Room was modest. Room service virtually non existent... I never had room cleaned throughout 5 day stay, unless I begged. However staff were friendly, and enjoyed themselves with each other. Breakfast buffet was skimpy. Hotel nicely located close to beach and a 10-15 minute walk to centre

Sentralt beliggende ved Jomtien Beach, kun noen få hundre meter fra strandpromenaden og stranden. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. På minus siden kommer utsikten mot second road, liten veranda og hard madrass. Men helt greit i forhold til pris.

แย่มากกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกก (ก.ไก่ สิบล้านตัว)
ผมใส่เสื้อยืด กางเกงขาสั้น ขี่มอเตอร์ไซด์เข้าไปเจอจุดกั้นรถ คนไม่เคยไปก็นึกว่าต้องไปที่ Reception ของโรงแรมก่อนอันดับแรก เจอ รปภ. (น่าจะเป็นหัวหน้า) พูดว่าพักห้องไหน? ผมบอกว่ายังไม่ได้ check in เลยไม่รู้ห้อง ไอ้ รปภ. นี่ก็ไล่ผมไปบอกว่า "โน่นนน ไปติดต่อที่ห้องก่อน" (ด้วยน้ำเสียงสั่ง เหมือนจะใหญ่คับฟ้า) ก็ไอ้หน้าห้องเนี่ยะมันเขียนว่า "information" ตามด้วยภาษาไทยว่า "ประชาสัมพันธ์" แถมอยู่เป็นห้องเล็ก ๆ มุมอับ ๆ ใครจะไปรู้ว่าต้อง check in จุดนี้ก่อน??? แถมห้องพักผมจ่ายไปในราคารวมเบ็ดเสร็จ 1,050.- แต่คุณภาพห้องยังกับโรงแรมจิ้งหรีดราคาถูก ๆ ... ใครที่คิดจะพัก รร. นี้บอกได้เลยครับว่า "ไม่" คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายเลย

Vi var dessverre veldig uheldige med oppholdet vårt. Vi skulle bare være i Jomtien en natt, og er stort sett fornøyd så lenge det er seng, dusj og rent. Vi kom frem til en haug av fulle mennesker i bygget. Mye bråk. Forsåvidt greit nok, de ansatte var hyggelige. Vi dro ut for å spise, og da vi kom tilbake for å legge oss så vi at sengen med både laken og sengetøy var full av blodflekker. Vi ringte resepsjonen, og de sa de kunne skifte på sengen dagen etter. Etter å ha blitt litt streng i stemmen, skiftet de dynetrekk, men ikke laken. Vi endte med å sove med klærne på, oppå sengetøyet. Dette ødela dessverre for resten av inntrykket av stedet.

Villa Navin Pattaya, une pourriture ambulante
Je suis en plein conflit avec Hotel.com qui se permet d'avoir cet hôtel sur leur site. Villa NAVIN, retenez ce nom pour être le pire hotel que j'ai frequenté... 3 Changements de chambre avant d'être enfin installé dans une chambre qui a nécessité 2 personnes et 30 minutes de ménage supplémentaire pour avoir une chambre encore très sale et insalubre. Ce fut une grande première pour nous , un hôtel piteux avec une réception à 500 mettre des chambre et des recceptionnistes impoli. Je déconseille cette hotel à toute l'inhumanité. Sachez que ces photos ont été prises à notre arrivés dans la chambre....
