It was an excellent property . Front office manager Ann was excellent in her service , nun of the restaurant was very good too and made us feel comfortable . It was worth it and very good . Overall very good and cooperative staff

The ocean view resort is worth the money. However, the noise from the hallway can be a bit distracting if you have noisy neighbors. The toilet was also a bit odd. Nevertheless, these don't take away from the overall experience.

Comfortable Rooms, Disappointing Service

The hotel and rooms are quite nice, with large and comfortable beds. Breakfasts are also good. However, I found the level of service from the staff to be quite average, with little effort put into the reception and restaurant areas. Lady serving soups was very kind and knew how to smile and engage in conversation, unlike the rest of the staff. We had to leave early because our daughter fell ill, and when we asked if we could get a refund, we were, of course, denied. There was absolutely no human understanding. The hotel seems to cater primarily to Chinese guests and prioritizes them, while Europeans, being fewer in number, are given less attention.

22/7住了1晚，前台給我們一間樓層的最尾房，對正一道灰黑色的走火門，房間入面的燈就算全開也比較暗，尤其是洗手間，電視機附近的用品還有污跡，露台景觀很一般，真的大打折扣。向前台反應，即給我們換同層另一間同房型的房間，這間感覺比較舒服，光猛，清潔，景觀也比較好。對於酒店的安排真有點不明白及失望，既然有比較好的房間也不給客人。

我訂了3間房.到櫃台辦理住宿時.櫃台跟我堅持只有2間房.要我自己打電話跟hotels.com確認 服務人員非常的差. 我拿訂房資料給她看.她說她看不懂.要我自己跟平台聯絡. 問題是平台根本不接電話. 讓我急死了. 最後櫃台人員又說有3間房. 但每間都不同房型. 我再給她看訂房資料. 3間都一樣價錢. 怎麼會不同房型....到最後她又說好吧. 同房型 隔天退房時.說我們有多人使用早餐. 問題是我們根本沒訂含早餐的住宿. 根本沒下樓用早餐. 退房時也是很糟糕 這飯店的人跟電腦都很有問題

Alles in allem gutes Hotel an ruhiger Lage

Schöner Pool, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Top Wagyu Burger, feiner Thai Tee, allg. feines Essen. Wellness gut, Preise eher hoch für Thailand, aber gerade noch OK. In Walking Distance zu Strand Restaurants und 24h Einkaufsläden. Hotelstrand eher bescheiden, Liegen teilweise noch mit Hundespuren. Dürften etwas gepflegter sein. Im Zimmer kaum Ablageflächen/Stauraum für Kleider, sonst alles prima.
