This was a great location. I was afraid it would be noisy, but my room was in the back and very quite. This was a great price and would be perfect for a long stay. I only stayed 1 night because the mattress was hard as a rock. Balcony is good for smokers. No elevator, if you have issues with stairs, do not book. Overall good hotel

Rooms are good, small balcony, maid service exellent, friendly owner, ideal if you play golf, they run a great service from the hotel, all in all in these difficult times they looked after me 100%.highly recommended.

ideal small hotel
Staff were great, location perfect, service faultless. Close to all the action, but still very quiet as most guests were golfing guys who get up early and disappear until 3pm so they are not late night revellers. The place is empty and quiet until mid afternoon. I have already booked for my next trip.

crap
paid for most expensive room, put in cheapest, told to talk to manager but he was on the piss every night and playing golf all day, no one there can do nothing only him, when i finally see him his anser was what do you want me to do theres someone already been given it, no refund no nothing,not interested, room was never cleaned and towels never changed same in my friends room. had to leave this place.

Don't expect much for your money.
My room was old and the fixtures and furniture were in poor condition. The room was dirty with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in several places and mosquitoes in the bathroom. The bed did seem clean and comfortable at least. It was also really cheap. I've had much better rooms in Thailand for the same price though. On the plus side the location is great if you want to be close to Pattaya nightlife.

水周りはかなり厳しい。 利用者が少ないのか、バー、レストラン機能は停止中。 部屋にもよるだろうが、私が案内された部屋は昼でも真っ暗だった。 同じ値段ならもっと良いです宿はあるはず。

Nice owner most of the staff very nice,Only problem was ladyboy wanted 80 b for a coffee with 2 spoons of coffee,So go down the road 50meters you will get full english with mug of coffee and oj for 87b

The location was quite good. Easy access to shops, entertainment, transport and reasonably cheap food. My room was on the top floor and there wasn’t any elevator. I can’t really complain for the price that I paid. May not be easy to find as it’s located along a row of sports bars and restaurants.

The Worse Place I’ve Ever Seen
My heart goes out to those who gave this place 5 stars or 10 out of 10, I cannot image what places they must have had the displeasure of staying at for this to be one of their top rated hotels. I booked their most expensive "Large Deluxe" room. I tried to tough it out, but after only 2 and a half days, of the 8 days I paid for, I had to call it quits. If this the type of place Hotels.com represents, I’m never using them again.

Great Hotel - As Advertised,
Pleasant, quiet visit; good value. Staff and mangers are very helpful. If one needs more, spend more. Great hotel for golfers, daily outings are organized and occasionally billiard competition. Food is good and there are plenty of restaurants and services within easy walking distance.

i love chang
great budget hotel and good value for the price..its not fancy and modern 5 star but if you want a fancy hotel then you need to pay the fancy hotel price.. rooms are clean and basic with everything you need all the staff are friendly and helpful its in a great location free pool in the bar and has lots of tv's so great for watching sports well stocked bar and fair prices for food and drink great place if you play golf as they play a different course each day and the hotel sorts out all your golfing needs by providing transport and tee time booking and caddies etc..just put your name on the sheet for whatever days you want to play and appear in the morning and everything is taken care off would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back again 10/10 from me

Hotel gave away my room!!
The hotel gave away one of the two rooms i'd booked months in advance, I had to walk around in the baking heat for over a hour trying to find a new hotel as everywhere was fully booked (xmas period). I would never book a room at this guesthouse again.
