It is supposed to be a family place but it was not suitable for my family. Every morning a half naked man sat and smoked in the lobby. He had tatoos all over his arms, legs and bare chest. It looked frightening to my children. The cleaning girls sat on the sofa in the lobby to curl their hair, charge their phones, shave their eye pencils, apply make-up and eat and drink. I thought the lobby was for the guests but it was not.
No Thai hospitality, no greetings, no smiles, very fierce looking people, best for single men, not for children or families with children. Quite a scary place for us. No shampoo, no drinking water, basically nothing but a bed, tv, fridge and toilet which flooded now and then. Mopping with a black mop did not help make the room clean. The lobby was the cleanest part of the place. Not like the pictures on the website showing new bright clean nice rooms, actually old shabby and filthy
