One of the best hotel options in Pattata

This was my first stay at the Edge. I could not fault it. Excellent building and facilities. I travel to Pattaya 8 times a year and this has been the best so far.

Great place to stay!

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The condo is clean and looks good. You got everything you need, microwave, big tv, washing machine. Loved the rooftop pool the most! Also the location is great, Central festival and LK Metro is around the corner. Looking forward to come back.

Check in was straightforward when i had Internet to receive checkin details via email. The apartment was very clean and had everything that you could need for your stay. The bed is very comfy and we had no trouble sleeping. The TV is huge like having an home cinema to watch.

The Edge Room 519 Is INCREDIBLE

The Edge is an amazing place, but the room I had made it even better. An amazing view, clean, spacious and modern. The best accent was a super size TV with an added sound system. The owner spared no expense in making this room feel like home.

This property is clean, quiet and well kept. Everything was new and comfortable. Be careful, you might not want to leave the accommodation because of it comforts and amenities. The property boasts a great infinity swimming pool overlooking Pattaya skyline, a gym, sauna, steam room and game room...all very well kept. The host communicated effectively and efficiently. I HIGHLY recommend a stay at this location.

I stayed in the condo during Songkran. **Positive** - Wonderful view of Pattaya Bay upon waking. - I've stayed in several condos at The Base and View Talay 6, but this condo was by far the cleanest and most well-maintained. - Communication with the host, check-in, and check-out were completely seamless. - I've never had a washer-dryer in my previous nine stays in Thailand. The condo doesn't have a balcony for drying laundry, but the washer-dryer is an invaluable perk during Songkran. - The condo's location is perfect, in close proximity to LK Metro, the beach, Central Festival, and the Bath Bus. - The amenities in the unit are far above average. Ice cube maker, trash bags, beach towels for the rooftop pool area, washing machine pads, coffee beans, iron, vacuum cleaner, various cleaning supplies, companion goodies, ... - The air conditioning can be set so that it doesn't disturb you even during the night - The rooftop pools are a dream **Negative** - I have nothing to complain about with the unit **Note** - The unit is located right next to Pattayasaisong 13 with the destination LK Metro, so you should be prepared for it to be naturally not very quiet (which didn't bother me at all). - A German subscription with ads couldn't be activated on the TV in Thailand (without a VPN), so I was left with only YouTube and TV. Conclusion: I'd be happy to go back anytime, especially during Songkran.
