通りから３０ｍ位入っているので静か、部屋は広く、きれい、パタヤのどこへ行くにもロットーの始発場所が徒歩圏内と、便利な位置、このような条件なのに価格は大変安い設定、私はパタヤの色々ホテルを利用したがナンバー１です、但しプール、エレベーターはありませんが。
