It was good for the money oh, the people are nice the rooms were just okay air conditioning work most of the time location was good.

Basically good.
A basic hotel, ok for a short stay but considering the price we paid I was satisfied. Located close to all amenities & nightlife. Staff were friendly, polite an helpful.

Shocking
Room dirty. Bed sheets not clean. No lift. Nobody offered to help with suitcases . Not stay again , Had a beer at the bar. 90 baht for a beer, disgraceful, nearly double bar prices.

Other than it not having a lift and the hallways being a bit dark the stay was very good.

1 ) The door locks is normal , expected to change electronic card system or more safe lock system. 2 ) Breakfast not as expected varieties, advice charge extra charges and provide more varieties to customers. 3 ) Expected courtesy from staff on duty at breakfast corner..

Good location. you get a clean room, Breakfast buffet style which is just about ok!. Swimming pool which is over crowded with very few sun loungers. Lots of indians and russians but that was fine. Value for money and will suit the budget traveller without doubt. I paid roughly 550 Baht a night.

You get what you paid
Paid for extra bed (for 3 nights) and was given thin mattress on a foldable bed. Could feel the metal rod of the bed frame under the mattress. Cant sleep the whole night. Decided to look for other hotel after a night stay though we paid for 3 nights. Seems like the room is not sound proof. Could hear people walking down/up the stairs and along corridor. The noise is more audible at night when you are trying to sleep at night. The room was dirty when we checked in and need to ask for another round of room cleaning. Minutes away from beach (but I wont recommend swimming there) and malls.

Sawasdee Sabai 2015 Review
We had 3 weeks stay with friends and family and could not fault this hotel for the prices we paid. Excellent location for central Pattaya and surrounding attractions. Plus we were able to use the pool in their neighbour hotel.

Nice place in the centre of everywhere for affordable price
Everything was perfect. Breakfast was fine.Rooms were clean. Excellent staff. All our requests were fully satisfied within first demand.Using swimming pool in the nearest Sawasdee Siam was just what we need after a day on Pattaya's sun. Thank you, guys for great time in Sawasdee Sabai!

We stayed there from 1at Jan to 4th Jan 2015. I never expected much from this hotel as it was a budget hotel. I choose it for its location. The hotel serves a satisfactory breakfast even in the budget price..... Can't complain. Room size was good since I opted for a superior room.
