You are certainly correct in regards to the Location of The 'House' ..! ..However, it is advisable in most of ASIA to fully close the Mosquito Nets, if not the Windows ; and certainly so after Dusk, to be completely sure that you will not be inconvenienced during your stay .. ( As you became aware our Housekeeping Staff are always ready to assist should ever the need arise or the omission made ! ).. Look forward to seeing you Again ! .. " PENTHOUSE.

We certainly Agree that the Location of The 'House' is indeed second to none , and that the quality of the Hotel might be as one would expect from a Historic / Boutique Hotel... what though you failed to mention ; and what is probable our most attractive feature, is that we offer an Experience" / Facilities that few ( No ) other establishment in 'the - Land -of -Smiles ' does ! .... We also realize that through lack of the relevant information, we may attract those guests that have misguidedly reserved the wrong Destination .. and at the same time, may not. have attracted those that are looking for a more adventurous or life-style vacation ...( Sometimes resulting in less than flattering Reviews on some Agent's sites ) through lack of due research... ( Especially with those Suites offering the Smart TV options ! ..) Look forward to seeing You Again .. "

( We also contacted the offending guest who obligingly acceded to Reception's request to be more thoughtful in his own enjoyment regarding his excess musical volume ! } Possible a very unfair response on your behalf when the full facts of your stay, are considered ? .With hindsight; .. what more would you expect of The PENTHOUSE HOTEL? Perhaps you did not fully appreciate the nature of both PATTAYA ..And the Hotel that you reserved ; as both are renowned for their party-atmosphere.! "
