Nothing really..But it did have clean, modern rooms, 20min. walk to Soi 6 30min. walk to walking Street, ( motor bike 5min. to Soi 6.) (10-12 mins. Walking street)...Staff was very nice the ones who spoke english....

The staff was friendly and hopefully. My overall experience was great. But i only ate breakfast there once, wasn't to my liking. But i would still stay there again anytime.

Great place, but very unfriendly manager.
Everything was nice and comfortable. All the staff were great except for the manager. I did not see a name tag. An Indian gentleman wearing a suit behind the counter. Very rude and unpleasant. Not friendly at all. I will not be going back because of him. It’s a shame because everything was good.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in so many different hotels, but this one my clothes were stolen. I lost my Sandro t shirt after cleaner cleaned my room the second day we were there. My Sandro shirt was worth £100.I talked to respectionist about what happend when I realised my shirt was missing from my room. They try to help me to find it but didn’t recover it. The manager told me just to report them in police station. At the police station, the police officer told me that once I checked out it will be difficult for police to deal with the hotel. And they they had many complaints from tourists about thief at this hotel, and that the hotel didn’t take it seriously. The suggestion from polices that is once I found my shirt was missing in hotel, I should go to police station and report it straight away, as otherwise hotel just try to aovide problem, because after guest check out, police can not do anything. The true experiences in this hotel is that the cleaner or some other staff member is stealing items from guests and the manager is really bad leaving me until 2days after I checked out tell me go to police station. Btw cleaners press the bell at half 8 in the morning time for asking to Clean room cleaning, and I even found a empty wallet from a previous guest in the wardrobe of my hotel room.

Nevertheless even though you have been willing to put it this far, since we are an business with integrity, we are willing to follow as we advised you below in your reply to you and as we advised to you in person. We have noted for your claim on having stolen or missing a shirt during your visit at our hotel. As my Hotel Manager khun Natsathida and Director of Housekeeping khun Pongthep explained to you in person, we are sure that no linen can have been missing from the room as we follow a standard procedure for linen. As linen represents a large value for any hotel, all linen, when taken from the rooms gets separated by item and counted individually in our linen room in the hotel, before sending to our laundry shop. If any item would have ended in the bed linen, when the maid cleared it, it would have been found there. Additionally to be thorough, we have searched the pantries and contacted the laundry shop also but to no avail. Also, as you mentioned that our staff then must have stolen it, we have searched the staff on body as well as the pantry or locker room, even though clothing is a personal item, which few Thai persons would consider wearing, if not from themselves and does not hold much value as clothing in Thailand is not expensive. Nevertheless, even though from our investigation we are certain from our side that nothing untoward has happened, as our Hotel manager already offered, we are willing to refund to you 70% of the value of the purchase you claimed to have lost, as a gesture from our side to you, which we deem fair. However, as according to your receipt this item is already nearly 6 months old we feel 100% is not justified in this case. Please let us know how you would like us to go ahead for the refund this amount to you, by either Credit Card or bank transfer and we will process accordingly and expediently. Was ok comparing price, service wasn’t the best but was good enough and helpful as much as they could, housekeeper forgot cleaning my room but not a big deal for me since she gave me new towels. Location was pretty okay and had parking for car. Just the parking was hard to find at first. And bikes keep parking in the car parking so was annoying a bit. Over all was nice shower nice room and nice hotel for that price, some guest were loud and some noisy clubs around specially since was new year was loud a bit but other days was fine.

Staff is not great! They can be rude! They will charge you if you need more than 1 toilet paper or need extra pillows. Don’t ever lose your keys! They charge 200 THB for each key even though the key is useless to any one who finds it! Never ever heard of such a ridiculous thing! Breakfast is good and has a great spread.

Good place but check for any stains on linen.
We stayed for 2 nights there. He hotel charged us 200 baht for some stain on the pillow cover which we have no idea where it came from . 200 baht for a pillow cover is too much . That pillow cover probably costs much less than that .

Is a nice hotel and decent enough for the price I paid, close enough to the tourist attractions but far enough away to be quiet. The bed was fine, the rest of the room wasn't as clean as I would have liked though.

Decent stay
Decent hotel. First room I was put in was a bit dirty so I asked for another - great service. The next room was much better. Lots and lots of men at this hotel. Felt like there were a variety of bachelor parties happening.

Short cab ride to Walking street. Rooftop Pool which wasnt ever crowded when i was there, quite a good experience. Modern room, nice touches, big tv. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel in Pattaya
Very nice roof top pool. Small but comfortable room, very clean, don't really need any bigger. Lots of restaurants nearby, great places to eat right around the corner. 7 eleven on the same block. I will definitely stay here again. Price was very good. I stayed here for 2 nights in March 2018

Very nice hotel
Location is close enough to walk to the beach street, art galery, big C supermarket. Motor bike taxi always available. Breakfast is good, rastoran staff is amazing, very good hotel overall. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic efficient staff and a great breakfast. It’s got a nightclub style fitout that belies it’s lovely service. Book a non-smoking room. We didn’t with regret. Comfortable beds.
