Very dated hotel. Rooms are tiny. Room we booked had double beds but they gave us single beds. Refused to change and said they were fully booked. Lobby bathrooms were dirty. Room was dusty and stained. Dead bugs squished to walls never cleaned. Carpets in hallways stained. Staff refused to change our room. We ended up leaving the room empty and moved to the holiday inn next door. Highly recommend the holiday in pattaya. Mercury hotel needs a big revocation and clean up

Great property with not a bad location it’s close to food, massages and shopping at terminal 21 and the marina. Close to the beach everything is easily walkable. If going for firework festival you can’t see fireworks from the balcony as the view is unsecured. Staff are great and the water park is fun but the pools are exceptionally cold so brace yourself! Overall property is in ok condition but is looking like it may start to need some love.

The rooms are very small for a deluxe room. Cleanliness was a bare minimum. Ants were crawling on the floor. The shower was just average. Wi-fi was very very poor in the rooms. etc

The swimming pool for children is very good and funny. The wifi internet service, during my stay, was almost non-existent, mostly offline.The towel set for the shower was sometimes made up of old, torn and frayed towels.

First time at this hotel. We had 2 kids with us and they loved the swimming pool (although the water was cool due to the pool being in the shade some of the day and the weather has been cool at night). The room was small but was OK, bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good, came with shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap, in nice dispensers, etc. Breakfast buffet was OK - decent enough selection. And the price I got, with a last minute booking for a Sat-Sun 1 night local trip - was REALLY GOOD.

Great hotel
We loved it. The rooms were comfortable and really clean. The breakfast was great, a good selection of both western and Thai food. The egg station was great. But best of all was the pool. Our grandchildren could easily have played in the pool the whole time. We would recommend it to anyone going on a family holiday.

It is a beautiful and grand property but my room had a few peoblem like key card was defective, the bathroom door was not finctioning and it took almost 20-30 minutes just to fix only and the safe deposit vault was not functioning, too. I feel this was a lapse in housekeeping part. Room checklist was not done properly before releasing the room
