Memorable stay at Eastiny Resort & Spa.
Clean and friendly. WiFi is available. Room is artistically maintained. The service staff rolled the towels into an elephant.

LIttle gem
Amazing pool and outside area kept so clean. The only thing letting down the outside is the room that’s filled with chairs. Bit of an eye saw. Staff so smiley and friendly. Good location for us but it’s very quiet

Nice hotel , close to the elephant sanctuar
Nice quiet hotel, 7km from Pattaya beach, the staff are 1st clas, The hotel is close to the elephant sanctuary My tip is to use motorcycle taxi 120 bht, I am already looking to book again for September (1 mouth)

Very very bad hotel and I won't stay there at all.
Staff won't speak english at all. Had few problems with the hotel but they were not able to communicate and resolve the issue.

Very noisy at night from people in next room and couldn't sleep. Very big swimming pool which was good.

The hotel rate is reasonable but don't expect too much. So far it's not too bad if you spend most of times on the trip outside the hotel.

room was old, dirty with insects
hotel is overall old and rooms need renovation. Room (Junior Suite) was not clean with hair from former guest in the bathroom. I attend a festival and took a taxi back to bangkok instead of sleeping in the room. hotel stuff was friendly and helpfull.

Far away from city
too far from City, will have to spend a lot of money commuting to Pattaya where major activities happen. had to shell out a lot of money for tuk tuk which also was not easily available near the resort rooms were not ready when we checked in, they gave a alternate room, took lot of time in setting things up for us. Not at all recommended for visits for a day or two where you want to spend much time in the city and not outskirts. Disappointing for my 10 year old son as I made him walk for miles due to non accessability of a private transport near the resort to ferry us to city. This was suggested to us by Expedia and the experience was quite opposite to what was told to us. It is an upcoming resort as the construction is still going on.

Good Hotel but Poor Service
I Reached Hotel at 10:00 PM Night Only to Find that the Room I Booked is Not Available Due to Some Reasons and Now I have to be Shifted to Another Hotel. It Was So Frustrating. Staffs are So Poor with English and Don't Understand Anything. Apart from Staff's Services, Rest Everything Was Fine.

Отличный отель. Просторный номер с балконом и видом на бассейн. Тихо и спокойно, вокруг цветущие деревья. Уборка ежедневно. Единственный минус, далеко от центра, бе платный трансфер не ходит.

Fantastisk pool. Maten var enahanda och många maträtter saknades från menyn. Personalen var trevlig men med brister i engelskan. Hotellet låg i ett ytterområde till Pattaya.

ทุกอย่างโดยรวมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีและประทับใจ แต่เนื่องจากมีตึก 2 ฝั่ง จองห้องพักตึก North ไป ซึ่งห้องพักฝั่งนี้สามารถขึ้นตึกได้เลย พอไปถึงพนักงานแจ้งว่าห้องพักตึก North เต็มและให้ย้ายไปพักตึก South แทน ซึ่งฝั่งนี้ต้องเดินออกจากตัวตึกที่เช็คอินไปอีก และในวันนั้นฝนตกหนักมาก ร่มมีให้คันเดียว รถก็ต้องจอดตรงตึกด้านนอกไม่สามารถเข้าไปจอดด้านในได้ จึงอยากทราบว่าทำไมจองในเว๊บมีห้องว่างอยู่ แต่พอไปเช็คอิน พนักงานกลับบอกว่าห้องที่จองไว้เต็ม
