I had a very nice stay, the pictures are accurate. I did not use the AC during the week I was there, the room was very comfortable without it. Good hot water from the shower, large restroom area. TV worked well, as did the kitchen appliances. You can wash and dry your clothes in the main lobby. Easy check in/out. I would stay again.

I liked everything about this property! Added bonus, Pattaya Central Mall was right next door, you do not even have to cross the major street. Everything you need is within walking distance, there is a steady flow of Bhat buses to take you to distance locations, whatever your food choice's they are within walking distance etc.

More than nice

Great place to stay. Excellent location, everything is around the corner. Lots of things are available inside the condominium also: massage, lundry, restaurant, coffee... If i have to return in Pattaya ,i will definitively choose this place again.
