Don’t stay hear
The hotel room was very smelly and had very old uncomfortable mattress . Very hard to communicate with hotel staff as no English speaking . Very basic breakfast and power was off to room for 1/2 the night with no A/C . Hotel seems to cater for large groups of cheap Asian tours .

Hotel is nice and luks as pics shown in website. Rooms are clean and well maintained, hot water is present no issues, location wise it is nearer to walking street. Coming to morning buffet(breakfast) for indians it is difficult coz most of the items suits for Chinese. And no security deposit is taken by this hotel. Early check in will charge extra. Overall experience is nice. Budget hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful,the swimming pool is marvellous,could do with international breakfast and not Chinese food only .

The location is good. Walking distance to the beach. But the parking lot seems to be busy all the time. If you bring your own car then this could be an issue for you.

It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in . The cleanness of he hotel was bad , room service didn’t do anything and swimming pool was in a really bad condition .

Air conditioner inside room was leaking. Hotel lobby has a very bad smell. Same menu for breakfast every day.Staff not much trained. Building , ambience and local access good.

The Hotel was great but it seemed like the personnel did not really seem interested or engaged in providing service. The breakfast was horrible the worst I have ever seen at a hotel at this range, but the rooms were clean and spacious with nice comfy beds. The shower was the best thing about my room it was really good.

Not the best!
I will never stay here again. The front desk staff is very rude, they dont have anytime for the guests. The bell boys are very nice. We couldn't check in early. The rooms were pretty good and the beds are really good. The swimming pool is really nice. You have to pay by the hour for wifi. 50baht for 1 hour. Who pays for wifi in 2017?! The. Eat thing about this hotel is the location.

A room to sleep in & leave As Soon As Possible
The hall telephone was ringing constantly for the maids who never picked it up. the front desk was playing Techno music the entire time. My hot water was fine, but my friend's, one room over, had no hot water.

I did not stay because upon arrival hotel told me they are already fully booked despite Hotels com confirming my booking and charging accordigly. What a great experience with all the travel and extra 'attractions'!

Now Hotel have 2 building. If you book deluxe room you stay at Boutique city. But you book for superior room. You stay at Boutique Bravo.

생각보다 굉장히 좋은데!
호텔스닷컴 구글 후기 읽어보고 예약했는데 걱정과는 달리 체크인할 때부터 체크아웃할 때까지 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다. 호텔스닷컴에 기재되어 있는 호텔로 찾아갔으나 제가 예약한 방은 옆에 있는 별관이였습니다. 직원분이 친절히 안내해 주셨고 방 안내까지 도와주셨습니다. TV 헤어드라이어 냉장고 물2 샴푸 바디워시 비누 수건2 커피포트 금고가 제공되고 에어컨은 소리가 많이 납니다. 근데 금방 추워져서 끄고 잤습니다. 방음이 잘 안되는 편이긴 한데 매번 시끄러운 편은 아니였습니다. 샤워할때 뜨거운물 잘 나오지만 찬물이 잘 안나옵니다. 샤워기가 고정이 잘 안되고 부실했지만 샤워하는 데 문제 없었습니다. 주변에 걸어다니면서 맛있는 길거리 음식도 많이 사먹었어요. 편의점도 주변에 있어 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 가격대비 굉장히 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 가성비 우선이신 분은 추천합니다!
