Despite other reviews on this Condo (Not Hotel), my family & myself found this very accommodating for us. I read reviews about this before I booked & winged it. To my surprise this was fantastic for my children & I. Close to the beach & local restaurants. Fantastic swimming pools. I recommend the twin room. Kitchen was clean also bathrooms x2. Beds comfy. This is Not a serviced room, so clean after yourself, but has clothes washing machine in room. I would say 7.5 out of 10.

Good family place

The name is confusing because you cant find it on Google Map.The apartment could use some TLC but part from that the stay was good.I got the ground floor apartment witch is not good because of the bugs but that was easy to take care of,just had to spray every day.The over all stay was good,location was good but a bit noisy because of constructions but that was only in the day time.The biggest flaw was the lack of parking space,there were cars in the same parking space the whole 3 weeks i was there,never moved the whole time,just taking the space from people that really needed it.I cant comment on the pools because i never went in them,there were to many people there the whole day,not only guests from the Condos.

great resort but tired decor and furniture

building amazing, waterpark amazing but room looked cheap with kitchen and furniture and beds requiring upgrading. All household quality not commercially fitted out and needs interior designer employed. Although called Athena it actually apartments owned by them inside the Atlantis resort so confusing. no reception and you have to phone them first for them to meet you with the keys.

Awful stay

it sucked to keep it short. we went to checkin and no one knew what was going on. paid a cleaning fee, room only gets cleaned when we leave unless we pay extra. the hallways reak like cigarettes and everything is dated and messy. shower looked to have mold.

Siamo arrivati di sera e, già da subito, ci siamo trovati in difficoltà. Nessun personale presente ad accoglierci, abbiamo dovuto fare molteplici chiamate per capire dove si trovasse la nostra camera. Il personale non capiva l’inglese e l’unica persona che ci ha aiutati è stato un ragazzo del posto, non legato all’hotel. Avevo prenotato per 3 adulti, ma la realtà è stata ben diversa. Per tutta la vacanza siamo stati costretti a dormire tutti e tre nello stesso letto, perché nessuno si è degnato di preparare il divano letto, nonostante le ripetute richieste telefoniche. A peggiorare le cose, in camera c’erano soltanto 3 asciugamani, senza neanche un asciugamano extra per mani o viso. Per concludere, ci è stata lasciata UNA sola carta igienica per 4 giorni! Questa è stata senza dubbio l’esperienza più disastrosa mai vissuta in un hotel. La totale assenza di organizzazione e di rispetto per i clienti rende questo posto assolutamente da evitare. Non ci tornerei mai più e consiglio agli altri utenti di stare alla larga.

Helt og aldeles forfærdelig. Lejlighed lugtede af røg og der var slidt og beskidt alle vegne. Fold ud sofaen var total ubrugelig og var sten hård. Puder og dyner lugtede.

チェックインチェックアウトが別の場所らしかったが、スタッフの方がホテルまで来てくれたので助かった。リクエストは日本語が通じないので、メールでのやり取りだが返信が遅いしうまく伝わらない事が多い。タオルの交換も２日に一回の予定ということだが忘れることがあった。時間の約束をしても基本守らない。これはタイ人らしいということなのか。私達が滞在した８日間で日本人には一度しか合わなかったのがちょっと寂しい。施設としてはやはりタイの築１０年というのか、あちこち痛んでいる。小さな虫もたまに見かけたので、苦手な方は利用しない方が良いかも。施設の人は笑顔で挨拶してくれるのでそれは気持ち良かった。施設にあるマッサージ店もまあまあ良かった。ホテル向かいのリラックスというタイ飯屋さんは安くてとても美味しいし、店員さんも優しいのでおすすめです。施設にセブンイレブンがあるのはとても便利。ボルトでタクシーはすぐ来る。

Puutteellista ja rikkinäistä. Pesukone vuoti poistovedet lattialle, TV ei toiminut ollenkaan. Lattiavalaisimen johto oli viritelty pistotulppaan aiheuttaen sähköiskuja, puutarhanäkymä olikin autojen paikoitus kujalle. Altaalle pääsi 80m kävelyn ja 2 lukitun portin kautta, 5;lle hengelle saatiin 1 avain. Yleisesti ottaen koko asunnon kaikki kiinteät kalusteet oli rakennetty halvimmasta mahdollisesta lastulevy/melamiini levystä mallia jysk tai rusta. Kolkkoja betonikäytäviä, kulunutta ja nuhjaista. En suosittele.

There is nothing named “Athena”. On arrival at BKK airport, the taxi driver told me the hotel could not be found on google. I said that was impossible but true, I could not find it on google either. Too bad I did not do any fact check before travelling (Who would think we need to go through such troubles when booking with Expedia?). So I could only tell the driver to go to that address and let’s see. Later I found out that on that very morning the hotel sent me driving instructions for “Atlantics Condo”. But I thought it was junk mail (because I didn't book that thing) so I ignored it. Also a few days before checkin the hotel sent me email that I could find my keys in the red box on the second floor the building on the right. Of course I could not find that red “key box” on arrival. Later I found out that to access the second floor you need a key card to go through the door at the ground floor. So how could we do that BEFORE checkin? So on arrival at the gate the security guards kept asking me which building I was trying to access. Of course I had no idea and all I could do was to show them the Expedia booking confirmation. No one knows what is “Athena” and they literally wanted us to go away as we were blocking the traffic behind. Understandably they were just security guards and had no relationship to the so-called “Athena” hotel. Then I found out from my emails that the hotel did tell me to call a certain number on arrival.

位置還不錯，出社區就有7-11，對面就可以租到摩托車，但是房裡的設備老舊，椅子很髒有霉斑，房間冷氣會滴水，還會無故啟動，幸好客廳冷氣還算正常，最後把房間冷氣的總電源關掉，免強還算可以

Das Zimmer war von der Ausstattung sehr gut. Leider mussten wir bei Ankunft 1 1/2 Stunden warten, bis jemand kam. Es wurde sehr schlecht Englisch gesprochen. Der Pool war eine Katastrophe. Er war zwar so gross wie auf den Bildern, aber er war grün und wenn man rein gegangen ist kamen Algen Fetzen hoch. Für den Preis leider nicht so gut..
