staff was VERY friendly and helpful. location is great, right in the middle of everything. the one thing i disliked was the walls are paper thin. you can hear everyone from their rooms or the hallway. also i got woken up every morning from construction and some guy playing the saxophone every morning at 11am after getting back to my room at 7am

The location is right near the night life and a short walk from the beach too. Staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are simple but comfortable and there’s a nice rooftop bar/pool area. Would definitely look to stay again!

Excellent staff with great service. Breakfast was very good and the location is minutes away from the beach and many other places. Rooms were amazing but manageable for a wheelchair user such as myself

To near Tree Town loud music
The hotel it’s self is very good the service is excellent but if you are not aware of the noise issues until 4am in the morning in the part of the hotel I was in building 2 then it’s not for you to near Tree Town who play music so loud the room vibrates no one at the he hotel makes you aware of the problem

Nice hotel with a nice rooftop pool,very good breakfast and very attentive staff. Room had a big bed but was small and crammed, you couldn't go onto the balcony because the armchair was in the way and there was no other place to put it.

The staff are amazing. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the team and provided a lovely welcome drink. They took us through the check in process and escorted us to the room. The room is very comfortable, as was the bed, with a handy outside balcony. The higher the room the better the view over the city. Was aware of the noise from the nearby bars, but if you ensure the balcony door is closed it was never too loud to interrupt sleep. Location is fantastic, plenty of food and drink options available. Short walk to 2nd road and the Baht bus and a little more to Beach road. Breakfast is well worth getting up for. But it is the staff are where this hotel really excels. Highly recommend.

I stayed in a superior room and it was very nice but too small. I was often stubbing my toes or scratching my legs on the bed/furniture. The maids were excellent and always left my room very clean. All of the staff were excellent in my opinion.

The place was great especially for the solo traveler! Location for solo traveler was on point! Everything you need was incredibly convenient, laundry,7/11,food, central mall, good sports bar when not in lockdown and other things. Room was small but nice, modern and masculine... The best was the staff, very helpful nice and attentive! The Ladies at the front desk were very pretty and all class. The older front desk Lady with the very pretty eyes will have a lasting impression on me because of her kindness to me and her exquisite class! I wondered if she was single lol kidding.... The place is great for having guests, very discreet... The price is decent. I wanted to stay there but my only gripe was the view outside my window of the adjoining building was pretty depressing and it was getting to me soo I had to leave... I would stay there again definitely, pending a room with a better view... Acqua is a great stay!

AMAZING experience.
I was blown away by this hotel. EXCELLENT in every way. Wonderful staff, great rooftop bars and pools, and comfortable rooms. Plus the location is perfect. Will definitely return.

Good location but rooms are small. Make sure you get a room in the main building because if you are in the Annex building you will hear the noise from Tree Town till 2 AM every night. Overall the hotel is good, the staff is very nice except for the LB manager, he is not really friendly. This was my 2nd stay here and will come back if the price is right.

The staff were friendly and that’s pretty much it. Tiny tiny room. You literally cannot put more than one big suitcase. I had to stack one on top of another. The room could have been in better shape utilising the space. The cleaning service was terrible as the room was still dirty after they have “cleaned”. The location is pretty convenient for the local attractions however the sewage smell is unbearable! Unfortunately, a disappointing 5 nights stay. The staff were friendly though.

Great location for moving around pattaya's nightlife and everything it has to offer. I Stayed in an executive deluxe suite which was nice and the room size was adequate for my needs. Comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities and mini bar were great. The roof top pool was nice with a friendly atmosphere. Bar drinks were reasonably priced and bar food was quite good. I would return on my next visit, provided the executive deluxe rooms are available and at a similar rate.

There are two buildings to this property. The north and south towers. The north tower is right next to a newly erected Thai outdoor karaoke bar that does not close until 5am so beware if you are in the north tower it will loud. The south tower was fine. The rooms are very small but have everything that you need. The rooms have a weird layout as the bathroom window is connected ot the balcony and you have to close a large shade for privacy. The highlight of the property is the rooftop area which has a pool and a lounge area. The breakfast was well worth it I was impressed with that. The breakfast had a wide range of variety Thai and foreign food. Reception was above average especially Pang Pond was great in working out a small issue we had. Overall I would not recommend the hotel there are better places that have better value near by and you don't have to worry about the obnoxious noise next door.
