Love the room and balcony. Shower head is only a few feet high, so it makes showering a little difficult. Great area.

I was very happy with the hotel. I would have liked to have some drawers to put my clothes in (something more than just a closet), but overall the hotel was very nice and I would book a stay there again.

My Review
This hotel was at one time a 5 star, however, carpets in main areas were dirty and worn. My room was without hot water for several hours, once this was fixed the water was brown. I requested a room change but was denied and told to let the water run which i did and after 90 mintues it cleared up. This place needs a serious upgrade. Staff were very nice.

Honest review. It’s old, it’s not horrible there is some faded and out dated furniture is some of the rooms it looks like they have done upgrades to the rooms but the hotel is not great it’s poorly designed elevators are tiny we called front desk because we ran out or toilet paper they showed up 2 hours later called for luggage service nobody answered just not a place I would stay at again. Pattaya has many decent places for a decant price unless ur desperate I would keep lokking

Everything was great. The Fat Coco pool is a shared hotel and restaurant pool. The website is a little deceiving . The pool is open to the public with very limited seating. There is a second small hotel pool across the street that was nice and empty because I don’t think anyone knew about it. We had to get shown where it was , it’s not obvious .

This was a beautiful property and was more than I expected. The staff was very nice. I did not like that I requested a higher floor and they said the hotel was booked and they did not have extra rooms. However, when they gave me a 2nd floor room, none of those rooms were ready, the bell attendant and I walked on the floor and saw all doors open and the maid service was in the middle of cleaning them all, so they had to give me a room on the third floor.

Awesome pool area, plenty of undercover seating plus bonus of looking out at the beach. It's an older building, in okay condition. Getting around Royal Cruise building is a bit of a rabbit warren. Staff okay, but not the friendliness I expect in a Thai hotel.

Lovely big rooms with sea view
Beautiful hotel with sea view. Big room with all the amenities. Friendly staff and big breakfast with a lot of selection to choose from. Would recommend and stay again.
