Great location staff went above and beyond to accommodate any needs I had. Shout out to the girl at the Front Desk she ordered me a bolt cab every morning so I could go visit a friend. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping my room spotless. Have stayed here many times and will continue.

The noice from busy street getting in through outdated poor window until midnight; The dim lights in bathroom showing unclear anything on the mirror, more terrible thing is the design defunct：its glossy tile floor is potential risk for every guest. My Thailand travel nightmare started from the hotel.

So the room is actually nice, pool area is good reception was average. However the noise coming from the nearby bars on the north side of the building are insanely loud. The bass was vibrating the room and I was on the fifth floor. In any civilized country this would be completely a noise violation and the place would be shut down but in Thailand it’s not an issue. While checking in there were several guests complaining about the night before in reference to the noise. One gentleman was actually demanding the staff call the police. The staff was helpless which there is not much they can do but in all honestly the owner should say something to the authorities. The property is also attached to a full body massage parlor which might be an issue for some. Would not suggest staying there with a family. If you want to get to sleep anytime before 5am do NOT book this hotel!

A really pleasant hotel in a very central location. My room was facing the street and was much quieter than a previous stay where I was facing the back of the hotel and a large area filled with clubs with competing sound systems. My room was spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly. The staff were helpful and polite and always willing to offer advice about the area. I really like the pool area on the roof: it's a quiet oasis in a bustling city. My stay included breakfast at the 247's sister hotel just across the street. The breakfast was adequate: the fresh eggs were great but everything else sat out for a long time. Overall I'd happily stay here again.

Very nice hotel, great bed, underpowered aircon
I've stayed in this hotel for 3 trips now. It has one of the best beds you can find in a Pattaya hotel. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are small, but nice. The cleaning staff was notably improved this time as it appears there is new management that owns 2 or more other properties also on Soi Honey. My only complaint is that the aircon is a bit underpowered and they do not have fans to provide to the room. They provided me with an extra key to keep the aircon on while away, however the last 2 days the cleaning staff turned off the aircon after cleaning despite tipping them everyday leaving a very warm room to return to at night and a lengthy wait for the room to cool off after turning it back on.

Wonderful hotel
The hotel stands nicely back from the road and is quite private. In the centre of soi Honey so easy access to everywhere. Appearance is beautifully clean and smart. Reception is competent and friendly and pleased to offer any help. My room was wonderful, very clean and still new looking. Very quiet too considering some other reviews about noise. Make the effort to find the stairs and go up to the rooftop pool and gym - brilliant ! I would 100% recommend this lovely hotel and I would love to return here again.

New bars in back of hotel ruin the experience
I have been going to this hotel for years; it had been my choice of places. However I don't think I'll be returning. Most of the rooms face the new Tree Town complex with it's constant music all night. It was near impossible to sleep until the music stopped at 3-4am. It pains me to write it as the hotel had been good for me for several years, but until they can get better soundproofing I can't see myself returning. You might find it better to stay facing Soi Honey, but the rooms on that side are limited.

Rude staff at reception
Unfortunately very rude staff in the reception. Been staying at this hotel many times, and it has become worse. The staff treat customers like walking ATM:s. Very greedy. Also all you see at the hotel is signs that tell you what you’re not allowed to do. They have WiFi but it’s not working.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet Soi between Second Rd and Soi Backhao Nice rooftop pool Room is fantastic and in great condition Negatives room is a little small compared to most and there is a bar complex near by which can be a hindrance for light sleepers
