The hotel is terrific for the price. The accommodations are not fancy, but they have everything you need. It is close to 7-11, street food stalls, and the beach. I would stay there again.

Awesome hotel for the price. Right by the beach and in the heart of all the action in Patong. Owner was super nice and helpful. Staff was all very nice and professional. Location, location location! Perfect location , perfect price. I stayed this time for 3 weeks. My wife and I will make this our permanent place to stay here. I had a really wonderful vacation. Thanks!

Stayed one night only out of 17 nights prepaid. Unacceptable standard and I found alternate accomodation at at a comparable price with far better facilities and amenities.

Nice Hotel TONIGHT and every NIGHT
Located walking distance near everything you need, family market, food markets, beach (just perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. The hotel owner Jimmy is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides you with free WiFi. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret it just be there.

hotel close to the beach but not in a good area
This hotel is located in a cortyard surrounded with a deserted building. Also this hotel is close to the beach but not in the best area of the patong beach. The room was ok and they kept it clean, but there was mold in the bathroom and also the view of the rooms with balcony is to the old deserted building. The hotel provides in the rooms condoms which makes me think what kind of hotel it is. We had no problems staying there but will not ever return there. the lobby is very uninviting and the restaurant with the pool table is not functional and the space is used for storage. However the hotel provided beach towels and beach umbrellas. The wifi was not very good

Superb choice and location
Excellent location and quiet enough for sleep. Service was excellent, overseen by very friendly Mdm Aim. Actually, all the staff were friendly and helpful. They can help with tour bookings and even motorbike hire. I hired a bike for a day at a very cost effective price and was able to go around the island by myself. Phuket is very large and quite expensive, but I relished coming back to such a friendly place. The air conditioning in the room works (but dripped water badly on my last night). Everything was kept clean daily, floors were mopped, etc. Breakfast is basic but good enough to start the day with. It isn't a five star hotel, but the overall positives outweigh any negatives. I highly recommend this place.

Great New Year getaway experience.
The owner is very concerned about the ensuring all of her tenants have the best stay possible. She went out of her way for my wife and I to address noisy neighbors without our even asking her to. Very good deal for the price in that it's about a 7-10 walk from Bangla road, 5 minutes from the beach, but not so close to either that you can't retreat to your room for an escape. We stayed during the New Year celebration and had zero problems. They even held a small, intimate hotel celebration and dinner for those that didn't want to brave the Patong Beach madness. Will definitely look to book again if prices remain the same.

Not 3 stars hotel
No way its a 3 stars hotel. A Lot of broken things, extremly dirty behind and over the bed. Staff was Nice and polite.

Pleasant surprise
For me it was a pleasant surprise to see th eroom, very nice and cozy. Small balcony towards the inner yard. Think high season there might be activity in the yard area, do not know if more noice from that but this time i had no problems with that. With low budget, still a good money / quality ratio. Will definately go again my self. Family run hotel, for me the service was great.

Отдых на отлично
Отель понравилься. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал .Удобное расположение отеля. Рядом пляж и не далеко Big C. Хорошо подходит для отдыха. Так же всегда чисто и уютная атмосфера семейного отеля. Спасибо за отличный отдых.

A very good value for the money hotel near beach
My room was towards the Patong beach (floor 2 Balcony towards the Reggae Bar) and I could see from my window the boat dragged parachutes fly just abowe the only building blocking direct view to the beach. I was informed by the very nice and helpfull but not sales-pushy staff that I can take a shortcut through the backyard and get to the Patong beach faster (~150 meters to water if not using sidewalk on the beach street). Some mornings I would just walk on the beach all the way to Bangla nicely avoiding 99% of street sales pitches and continue (to Starbucks / Nice coffee AC) from there. The wall sockets accept both US / EU style power plugs. Laundry cost was street market price i.e no reason not to use it. I am not allowed to say the room price but it was very very nice. For trips I got very good offers from the hotel, so I recommend getting those from there.

Gesamtbewertung: Hotel kann man empfehlen
Schlichtes, Inhaberin geführtes Hotel, welches wir uns im letzten Jahr aufgrund der ruhigen Lage in einer strandnahen Sackgasse auswählten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auf dem bewußt gewählten niedrigen Level jedoch okay. Service, Personal, individuell auf Bestellung zubereitetes Frühstück und vor allem nahe Lage zum Zentrum und Strand war für uns insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. Einziges Manko, für das das Hotel nix kann: Laute Rockmusik aus einer nahen Strandbar, die jede Nacht erst gegen 2 bis 3 Uhr endete. Nachdem uns die alten Hits aus den 70/80ern in den ersten Nächten noch erfreuten, waren diese dann aufgrund der ständigen Wiederholungen im Laufe der 3 Wochen etwas nervig:-)

The hotel is managed by local Thai people who have a very nice attitude. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The room was average but relatively quiet for a central area. Wi-Fi in the room was a bit weak. The location is convenient.

예약한곳이 아닌 다른 방으로 배정받음.청소상태는 깔끔했고 좀더 넓은 방으로 배정받았지만 침대상태가 조금 눅눅했음. 위치는 괜찮았지만 앱에있는 숙소위치와 실제위치가 조금달라 찾기 힘듦. 골목길로들어가야됨

Very welcomng hotel. The staff remenbered your room number after two days. Vrry close to the beach. The hotel is located on a sidestreet and there are no noise from the street at all. The Thai female manager knows some swedish words. You can borrow for free a beach mat and a coloured towel from the hotel when you go down to the beach. Only 18 rooms so it is easy to get to know other guests if you travel alone. Wifi in the rooms are not so efficient but it works. In the lobby wifi is excellent so if you want to skype, the lobby is the best place. I can highly recommend the hotel because it is very priceworthy.

街もビーチもぼちぼち
ホテルは奥まった場所にあるので、場所の割に静かだとおもいます。 設備はエレベーター　水回りは値段なり、従業員はいい感じでしたが、常にフロントに居ればいいですね

Grazioso hotel a due passi da tutto
Nel complesso consigliabile. Zona centrale ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla. A due passi dal mare. Abbastanza pulito. L'unica pecca è stata il fatto che in prenotazione avevo una superior room con king size bed mentre mi sono trovato un letto ad una piazza e mezza.
