Much better options closer to the beaches!
This hotel is pretty far north of everything in Patong. If you don’t know how to ride motorbike or get a rental car, your going to pay a lot to get mostly anywhere. I think I may have been the only guest there. Staff leaves the front desk around 9pm. They leave a sign with a local number to call if assistance is needed for checkin or checkout. Front door locks to hotel, your given key card access, but the hotel is otherwise unsecured. No elevator, had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to my room. The room was sufficient, but the bathroom was a bit out of date. No place for hygiene items by sink or elsewhere. Shower leaked water behind old glass circular doors. The balcony was a nice add-on, the comfort level was ok. My bed had stains on the blankets, but it is what it is. When staff were there, they were helpful, though they spoke little English. I checked out 4 days early to catch a different flight and was refused a refund.

Thank you for your review and apologize for your inconvenience. Our staff working from 8am-midnight except on Sunday and Monday to work until around 8-9pm. However our staff will wait until all guest check in. If guests require assistance between midnight-8am they can call our staff number. Our place has staff, keycard access and cctv all of our area for security. For your early check out, our staff already tell me that you change the plan and will catch a flight to Bangkok next day and require to refund 4 day left. I tell our staff that we can not refund by our self so you have to process refund via Expedia website then we can accept your request (every booking that require to cancel or refund have to process via Expedia because we do not get your payment yet). I am not sure that our staff communication or anything else but we do not get any refund request from Expedia.

Everything was fine except we couldn't connect to wifi connection in the room and we already told the staff several times till we gave up. He told us that he already tried in our room too but we still couldn't connect to the wifi. So please do fix the wifi connection at the 3rd floor. The wifi router doesn't even blink. One thing i like about is the motorcycle rental. If you're staying with them, do rent with them because you doesn't need to pay deposit or hand over your passport document. They will give you a special price if you rent more days. Room was okay. We had a good sleep too. There's complimentary water everyday too in the room.

Great little place
Beds are comfortable and rooms are large. Lots of plugs are in the room and fresh towels and water bottles are left daily. There were a few days where cups weren’t replaced but that wasn’t too bad and we just rinsed them out ourselves. Staff are super friendly and will happily help with everything. It’s about 20-25 minute walk into central patong beach/ bangla road but the walk is very flat and there’s a local 7-11 should you want a snack. Also the fridge in the room is a decent size!

Great Value for Money
Stayed here for one night while visiting Patong. Hotel style set up similar to an apartment/condo. Check-in area is located in a separate building. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast is a real treat. The cost to value ratio is fantastic. Only complaints are 1)the lack of parking. The hotel is situated on a narrow strip off the main road. If you drive anything other than a bike, good luck to you and 2)the distance from Bangla (but I already knew that prior to booking)

The room was really airy and spacious, much nicer then expected. Only flaw was that the receptionist did not understand or speak any English.

Good value and kind service
I enjoyed staying just removed from the immediate area of Patong Beach for its relative quietude. Discovered that the further away from the beach you go, the better the restaurant food quality:) Staff at hotel were most accommodating and pleasant. The room was good and quiet and the bathroom was recently done & spacious with glass enclosed shower stall of generous size.

remote location but nice staff
Very far from town (40min walk) and beach (20min walk) along broken/ non-existing footpath. Staff were excellent, room was average sized and sparsely furnished. Big balcony but only had view of building site opposite. Air conditioning works well. Entire bathroom gets very wet after a shower due to a short shower curtain and clogged pipes. Might get flooded easily as it doesn't drain well. Not many dining options nearby but the hotel has a small restaurant that operates every night on ground floor. One can smell good cooking scents as soon as I open the room door.

Little hidden place little bit further outside
I was traveling in Patong with my friend for couple days and ended up booking this little Boutique hotel early in Summer already due to good reviews everywhere and also liked the concept of hotel. Overall pretty satisfied stay in The Artist House. Only con I come up is that the hotel is located pretty far away from Central Patong. However for many travelers that might be a really big plus as it gets really noisy in area located near Jungceylon and Bangla Road. Special thanks to great customer service from everyone in hotel. Always smiling and helping for whatever you need.

Simple set hotel. But no elevator if you have huge luggage. No restaurant but serve microwave food which you can found in 7-11. I booked this hotel through Expedia with almost 70% discount, it cost around USD7 per night for each.

Nice Hotel, Amazing Staff
The Artist House is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a nice, clean, and friendly place to sleep and shower. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to someone who is looking to lounge around and use hotel amenities, but I highly recommend The Artist House to anyone that will be out and about in Phuket the majority of their stay. The Artist House is clean and very modern, but the best thing about The Artist House was the AMAZING Staff. Everyone was so polite and friendly, and truly cared about their guests. They did everything they could do to help us navigate the city and select the right tours for island hopping. We had a little mishap with the tour agency, but The Artist House made sure that everything was resolved, and even compensated us with a discount from their own pockets, even though it was the tour agency's fault. The hotel is small (boutique like), so the staff really tries to get to know their guests, which I think was really sweet and goes above and beyond the larger hotels. In addition the great hotel and absolutely amazing staff, the hotel is also in walking distance to Patong Beach.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage!
Trotz niedriger Erwartungen war das über unseren kompletten Aufenthalt auf Phuket das beste Hotel. Super nette Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer und ganz wichtig: Klima geht. Mit dem Roller hat man keine 5 Minuten zum Strand und zur Bangla Road. Echt super und zentral!

IL Y A MIEUX AU MEME PRIX
hôtel bien situé proche du rush, sans ascenseur, wifi ne fonctionne pas, lit, armoire et salle de bain aussi simple que vous en trouverez partout.. Ménage effectuer apres réclamation serviettes et coussins jaunis. Voyageant en groupes, sur 8 chambres 6 ont etait regler via hotels.com et 2 en cash directement a l'entree. Surprise lors du depart l'hotel nous reclament 12000 bath sois l'equivalent de 320€ a regler immediatement. Apres des heures de discutions, je reussis a prouver que tout a etait regler, se trouvant dans une impasse une des employes de l'hotel fais appel a la police local en douce pour regler le probleme. Incomprehensible. Arrogante et sur d'elle, elle provoque le debat pour que tout cela se retourne contre nous. La fatigue de discuter avec ces personnes malhonnêtes nous mena a payer cette somme sortis de nulle part. Cette arnaque est monnaie courante en Thaïlande penser a réclamer vos reçus. je sais que la responsible de l'hotel attend mon commentaire je lui souhaite de devenir honnête envers ses clients ! Optez pour un autre hotel il y en a des mieux au meme prix.

Hotel à l'écart des activités nocturne de Patong. Le personnel et disponible et vous montera vos bagages car pas d'ascenseur pour les 5 étages. Vous aurez besoin d'un véhicule pour vous rendre à la plage ou au centre.

Personnel très souriant et a l écoute.l hôtel est situé a 10 minutes de la plage de patong. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables. L hôtel est situe dans une petite impasse mais très proche d une grosse avenue très bruyante.également a cote une école primaire donc pas mal de bruit le matin a cause des enfants.

價格便宜，因為離巴東海灘有點遠，可向飯店櫃檯租借機車，1天200泰銖，房間舒適，但浴室淋浴間的排水有點差，喔對了，沐浴用品給的是瓷罐裝的，很容易不小心就打破，我就打破了一個，飯店跟我charge350泰銖，除了遠一點之外，沒甚麼挑剔的 PS.沒有電梯，帶大行李的人要注意

Hotel tres propre, personnel tres agréable... Nous avons séjourné qques jours, les chambres sont tres propres, le lit biiiig size ;) Clim un peu faible mais côté prix des chambres c'est plus qu'intéressant !! Pas d'ascenseur mais le personnel n'hésite pas a monter vos valises. Super l'originalité de la photo, encore merci ;)
