Great stay
This was a wonderful stay! It is located in a perfect location walkable to patong beach, near restaurants and not far from bangla road either. It’s easy to take taxi from there by grab or bolt as well. The hotel staff was amazing, I got food poisoning and they helped me to feel better right away by bringing essentials to room. Room was always clean and comfortable and had a balcony. Would stay again!

I booked a room on the second floor to make sure to avoid the pool noise. Unfortunately that room is a family room but I'm a solo traveler, the hotel owner told me it's accidentally overbooked and asked me politely to move to the single room and give the family room to a family that will checkin that weekend as they need it more than i do! I insisted to be only upgraded to third or forth floor but the hotel was down grade me to a in-fron-of-pool room which is cheaper and A LOT louder plus full of Mosquitos. This is the first time i'm so grateful that i booked the room via the agency, Expedia, otherwise i would not get a full refund :(

Great value
Very basic but clean. Great value which including great air conditioning, free water, hair dryer and toiletries. The view was not good but just out the hotel you’re soon onto the promenade. Don’t turn left unless you want mass tourism, turn right to the prettier beach. Quiet at night and comfortable. Very polite owner always smiling. Just don’t expect too much out of the look of the place and it’s grest place. We didn’t go in the pool, it was tiny and uninviting. Hire a scooter from across the road and get out of Patong. We went north one day and south the next - it’s dtunning once you’re away from the seedy area of Patong.

A great value place to stay, with friendly staff, a clean room and well maintained hotel. We will definitely stay there again. The closeness to the beach is super. And the neighbourhood, while a bit run down, is quiet guaranteeing a good night's sleep.

Budget hotel with 5* service.
Great hotel, Fantastic staff and happy with the service. I would definitely recommend it for everyone. We were family of 6, From 13 to 60 year old. It is in a quite location but close to town and beach. Thanks to everyone at Seven Seas hotel for looking after us!!

Great value and location
Small family run hotel with a personal feel. Basic but very clean, extremely good value and produces lovely food. I will be going back next year. If you are looking for a place to lounge around the pool this is probably not for you, pool is nice but on the small side. Having said that you have beautiful Patong beach 2 minutes where it is very easy to pass the day on a lounger under an umbrella.

Small, quiet hotel
A small hotel on the northern edge of town. About a 20 minute walk to all the action, but a great location if you want to be away from the noise of the town centre. Very clean and wonderfully friendly staff. Small secluded beach across the road.

Good price
This is a cheap, but nice place to stay on the edge of Patong. You can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. It's not in the main area of Patong, so it's quieter for relaxing and sleeping.

Staying in Patong? Stay @ seven seas
The Seven seas hotel is a great base camp for an adventure of exploring Phuket, good location just off the beach, close enough to walk to points of interest around Patong beach with out the noise and harassment from local vendors trying to sell their wares. Clean, comfortable and secure. A well maintained pool, Free wifi, air conditioned and good tv reception, bed is huge and firm but comfortable, only negative was only one firm pillow each. Staff are friendly and helpful, good food available at dinning area and staff can arrange for washing to be done for a small fee. We organised several tours through Phuket tours direct which pick you up from the hotel foyer. Fabulous holiday would recommend it to everyone.

R U a budget traveler? If yes, look no further!
For the budget traveler, you just can't beat this place. Location is outstanding. 5 minutes walk from Patong Beach. I stayed a week and walked everywhere. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day, great AC, the staff are so friendly, and the food is quite good and at a great price.

Ruikt Muffig en verouderd/ onderhoud. Tijden van Diner klopt niet. 2 dgn geen water die was op. En daarna vies water uit de kraan. Wel vriendelijke mensen. En locatie is goed. Met alles goed gegaan maar geen 2de keer verblijf.

Exotische Gästeschar
Leider hat sich nach 15 Jahren das Management geändert,so war es für mich kein Heimkommen mehr. Dadurch hat sich natürlich auch die Herkunft der Gäste geändert,exotischer als vorher. Manchmal waren die etwas laut und haben die Privatsphäre vor dem Zimmer nicht respektiert. Es war trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt,aber für mich wohl das letzte Mal.

Ich hoffe Dich bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen, unter zukünftig deutscher Leitung. Das Gefühl des "Heimkommens" wird zukünftig eventuell wieder erfüllt, da einige der "alten Stammbelegschaft" wieder zurück kehren werden. Ausserdem sind einige Verbesserungen geplant. El hotel está ubicado al final de la playa en patong beach a 5 minutos caminando, es un hotel muy pequeño y con mucho calor aunque tiene aire acondicionado No aceptan tarjetas de crédito entonces tienes que llevar ese dinero previsto para tu llegada.

after reading nice reviews i booked this hotel for 6 nights, but it was a big...big mistake: the furniture was very old and smelt very bad, it was impossible staying there, so the staff changed the room. in the new room the air from air condition smelt moldy. i asked to the staff if it was possible to clean the filter, but he said that they clean the filters every months. i answered him that i know when air conditioner filters are not cleaned and that one was cleaned a long time ago. the staff told me that he couldn't clean the filter and the hotel was a "budget hotel" after half night i decided to run away from this hotel despite i paid for 6 nights and for the same price i found a better one in the centre of patong. don't believe what you read about this hotel:: the swimming pool, for exemple, is smalli and a lot dirty and if you swim there you risk to get sick. the hotel is far from the centre of patong, around the hotel there many rats and the light in the night is not enough in the street.

Отдыхаю не первый раз в Таиланде.. На этот раз выбор был сделан в пользу отеля "Seven Seas"... Прекрасное расположение, чисто, прекрасные номера.. Месяц пребывания в этом отеле пролетел как миг.. Есть прекрасный ресторанчик, где можно поесть на любой вкус.. Очень рекомендую отель, причем разным категориям путешественников.. Огромная Благодарность хозяйке, за ее гостеприимность.. До встречи..
