The pool was nice and had a pretty good view. The room was so, so, nothing to brag about. Seemed as though the staff was always looking for way to charge us for something extra, which really didn’t put a good taste in my mouth. Also, it was like Mexico, where you can’t put the toilet paper down the toilet. On the upside, super central to everything.

From the beginning of my arrival to the hotel and my worst experience started which made my vacation is really bad. The check in experience was bad where the staff were not welcoming and not friendly at all. The room condition is not up to the mark where the bath tub water was yellowish and rusty, AC was not cold enough and when flushing the toilet you would smell the whole city sewage in the bathroom. On top of that there was not variety of the free breakfast and not good quality of food. After the first night I had to move to another hotel and kept my booking till the check out date since I have already lost my money by paying up front and the hassle to get refund. Came on the night of 12th of April to collect the remaining of my stuff which were personal items in the bathroom and when I went to get into the room, the key didn’t work so I went to the front desk to solve the key issue and found out that they checked in other people in my room based on their assumptions that I removed my stuff which means to them that I left where I didn’t checked out. That wasn’t professional at all. I don’t know how to explain the situation but that was the worst part of my vacation and had already ruined my short break in Thailand. They don’t deserve any single star rating. Two huge thumbs down. Not recommend at all.

Very central location without actually being on a main road. Our rooms were spotless, the staff polite and friendly, and the lift always worked. Would stay again.

Fairly clean rooms at reasonable prices. Accessible to many eateries and shops. Did not manage to sleep well due to the noise/blasting music from the guest next door. They should do something to the walls.

This is one of worst hotel I stayed so far . Poor matainnance , worst service , very bad shower , worst internet . Totally this is not worth for 4 star hotel . I feel really bad with Orbitz giving this has 4 star hotel recommendation . Kindly remove this hotel from Orbitz . Very bad hotel experiance

Location is ideal if you are looking for excitement. Right next to Baan Saab market for fresh seafood and Bangla Road for nightlife. Not your place to stay if you want peace and quiet.

Stayed here with my girlfriend, the hotel was nice enough and staff were freindly and helpful. Only downfall was our bed was 2 singles pulled together. The location was decent, close to the nightlife but it still quiet enough to sleep.

Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to stay somewhere else. This place is not good. If you are on a strict budget, then I guess this place will work. The TV was horrible, its analog and you get two channels in English. The service was HORRIBLE. No one will greet you. My shower grout was covered with mold. Don't stay here!

Perfect for solo travellers + large groups
Staff was extremely helpful throughout my stay. No complaints about the room. Everything is as described. Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk over to the beach. Great restaurants and bars within minutes from the hotel. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

You won't find better in Patong
This hotel was perfect! It was clean, staff are very friendly, it was affordable and it was positioning was idea for our stay. Couldn't ask for anything more for my first few night in Thailand.

The hotel is new and in good condition, the service is terrible, to the point i went elsewhere for breakfast. The breakfast is ordinary, straight up eggs or cereal, if you want bacon, ham or anything else you will be charged for it. Room cleaner done a great job and was very nice and the rooms are nice but you can hear everything through the walls and the view, straight over the back of the markets and let me tell you, it absolutely stinks! Far better options available in the same area

It’s okay for the price
Overall alright hotel, it’s more of a 3 star hotel but not bad for the price. The breakfast was okay but it’s not food we would usually eat in the morning, no airport shuttle which was one of the reasons why we booked here as it was our first time in Phuket. Not a 2 minute walk from the beach it’s more 15-20 minutes which is another reason why we booked here to be close to the beach. Had to pay 1000 baht on arrival for a damage deposit which it does not state while making a booking.

very comfortable room with soft bed.
My main requirement was a soft bed. It was very comfortable. the most comfortable I have found in Patong. My 5th trip to Patong so I know about hard beds that you find in many other motels. The staff went out of their way to help me with a flight problem. They were great and very friendly. Pool was good. It is a great value motel that is close to all the action.

Not the best experience
I didn’t like the hotel at all. Staff wasn’t very friendly and my room was smelly and not really clean, very tiny balcony with no view at all and unpleasant smell inside and outside. Spotty glass walls and mirror. I had a room change because the floor wasn’t clean and there were long dark hair on it. In the new room was the same...I had a look at a third room, also no improvement. Hair and dust in the room service menu...I was traveling through Asia for 3 weeks and was staying also in 3 star hotels. This one was very disappointing. I haven’t feel welcome and the cleanliness was a big problem. Positive was the bed with nice sheets and the swimming pool. It was very small but still kind of nice. Breakfast was nothing.

DONT BOOK ! Room discrepancy and unhelpful staff
Upon arrival to our booking, we were assigned a room that was not the one i had booked online 4 months prior. The room given to us was Deluxe room rather i had booked Grand Deluxe room. After contacting reception they acted surprised then finally admitted this wasn’t the room booked as the one requested had air conditioning troubles, however this was hard to believe as the AC in the deluxe rooms were working & there were people in other Grand Deluxe rooms. This issue was not mentioned upon arrival nor were we contacted when the issue was first noticed prior to our arrival. The receptionist lacked the ability to deal with the situation, rather offering us 2 cocktails by the pool to make up for the mistake, despite the room booked being of greater value of the room delivered. The next day we spoke to someone else who mentioned they had overbooked, & after going around in circles with ridiculous solutions, we were refunded the difference between the rooms. No apology or sympathy was given by any of the staff we dealt with. i am far from satisfied with this solution. The fact we were not contacted about the change in rooms rather only when i drew attention to the issue, which leads me to assume they had planned to leave us in the dark & see if they could get away with it. Hotels.com even got involved, calling them on 3 separate occasions to find out exactly what had happened & to seek a refund. Despite their best efforts, no refund was given. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Centrally located in quiet cul-de-sac
2-week stay, very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and well-kept, beds are comfortable, good quality sheets. Pretty basically outfitted but adequate. Good shower and plenty of hot water. Could be rated higher with minor, relatively inexpensive improvements. (1) Breakfast is barely adequate. Variety very limited. Only non-nutritious, tasteless white bread, corn flakes and sugary cereals. Watermelon is the only fresh fruit. Only instant coffee available. Eggs available, well-prepared. (2) Pool itself is very nice (rooftop) but furniture showing its age, no pads for lounge chairs, not enough of them, not enough umbrellas, etc. The excellent staff almost make up for it, but it is disappointing that these obvious deficiencies are not improved.

Nice stay.
Everything is good, especially room size. Love the jacuzzi in the room (maybe some curtain would be nice). The only thing is not enough light. Wi-Fi sometimes slow.

@Patong. Consider carefully
Positives: • room was clean and spacious • good location for markets (1min walk), walking street (5m), beach (10m). Shopping centre and restaurants • nice pool area Negatives: • hard to find. Make sure you have a map. • unhelpful unfriendly staff. Not once did any staff member smile or acknowledge me. • check in was a hassle because I did not have the 1000B deposit. I was not allowed to go to get money and was asked how much I did have and pay that initially. • Smell. If you get a room facing the market you will have a horrible smell, so sitting on the balcony is not an option. • Noise. Music starts at the market at 6am and goes on until about midnight. Its loud! • Scamming. Be careful if you hire a bike from hotel. Check it over, photograph and highlight any defects. The hotel tried to claim me for more fuel despite photos of the guage. • also check towels etc in your room to avoid being charged for 'missing items' Consider this hotel carefully in order that your stay and enjoyment is not spoiled. I felt I had to highlight the negatives as they did impact my trip.

They will ask for 1000Bht deposit and at the end when you wipp check out they will charge you for towels and tell you that the towels are missing...they charge me 650 for bo reason and the stuff was not friendly at all..the breakfast is the most disgusting thing i ever ate bo choices and bad quality of food..i wouldn't recommend this place guys!!!!

Perfect location is the only PRO
I have to admit this hotel was a little disappointing. The place looks like an red Art Deco inspired frat house. When you arrive the staff needs to see you struggle with your luggage before anyone even attempts to assist you. The front desk does not accept credit cards for anything so you required to give a 1000 baht deposit for incidentals. Also, if you lose your room key there is also a charge for that. The lighting in the bathroom is unbelievably dim you can barely see and the shower had two temperatures...hot or scalding hot. At the time of check out, someone physically has to check your room before they return your deposit. It’s in a great location, you are walking distance from everything , but realize this will be the only pro.

One of my worst stay ever in a hotel
GOOD THINGS: -The hotel is located at a convenient location which is walk-able distance from the happening parts of Patong. - It is a new hotel with clean rooms. BAD THINGS - We arrived at 1 pm and requested for a early check in. I had booked two hotels as we were a group of two families. However the receptionist flatly declined my request and said that they will not give the room before the check-in time of 2 pm because it is the hotel policy to not to allow early check in. - We have 3 years old daughter. The hotel staff forced us to pay 200 baht per night. This is the first time that I am hearing any hotel charging extra fee for a 3 years old daughter who don't need extra bed or bed cot. - The view from balcony is pathetic. It is overlooking a shabby, dirty and smelly fish market. - The break past was absolutely useless with very limited choices. Even the cheap motels of USA serves better breakfast. - The mattress was extremely hard. Probably a very cheap quality stuff. It was really uncomfortable to sleep on this mattress. Overall this was one of my worst choice that I ever made for choosing a hotel. I'll advise all to stay away from this hotel as there are so many other better options available in the same locality.

I was humiliated at the front reception and told that I had to personally take my dirty sheets to the laundry myself because my tattoo had bled onto the sheets. I explained that I would happily pay and that the policy which was on the hotel reception desk also said that I would be liable for laundry costs (not that I personally had to take the laundry to the Laundromat). despite the fact that I explained this to the hotel reception staff (two young boys) they called the police who arrived and escorted me to the police station where I was humiliated and placed under severe stress and discomfort and had to explain again. here I was screamed at by the police and in a language I could not understand, which was even more distressing for me. Finally after explaining my situation, I was permitted to return to my hotel. On returning, I demanded an apology from the hotel and this was given to me in writing. On returning to Australia, I had to see a psychiatrist to discuss my traumatic ordeal, despite the fact that I go to Thailand at least twice a year and all other visits have been perfect and peaceful. I love Thailand, and will return, but the treatment by your staff was not at all in line with hospitality or your mission.

Away from the noisy streets
Nice spacious room with a big balcony. Roof top pool is beautiful but size is good a for dip and for real swim. House keeping staff is friendlier than the staffs at the reception. Staffs at reception do not greet or smile. 5mins walk to Jungceylon shopping mall. Crossing the road can be a challenge.

Nice view of Patong.
The room was cleaned everyday; breakfast was about 200 baht and good; about 10 minutes to the beach; 3 minutes from the fish market which have nice food stalls at night; and very near to stores. For the first time in Thailand it was a very great hotel for my stay.
