Quiet and out of the hustle of Patong, yet very close to it. Beds, pillows and linen fantastic, good sleep.

The facilities looked nice and the staff was friendly upon check in. However, our deluxe 2 bedroom was highly disappointing. The shower was so gross we had to wear shoes while showering and couldn’t touch the walls. There was hair, dirt, spills etc. on the floors of the bathrooms and living quarters. Our couch with pillows had multiple stains and dirty spots. The hot tub on the veranda had a dirty film from the water line down to the bottom. We politely asked them to clean it immediately after we checked in but it didn’t make much of a difference. Finally, the spa was closed for our entire stay.
