"I’ve been staying at Landmark since 2006, and remains my favorite in Bangkok! Maybe not the newest, but the staff is incredible! I highly recommend going for the club floors! What an amazing view and experience. Just an overall solid and amazing hotel that remembers you from stay to stay! The management and staff get a A++. They will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasure and they really go that extra mile to insure they are grateful you chose The Landmark! Great job to you all! "

"It is not my first stay at this hotel. I like it very much because of its location, the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are updated (at least the one I was in), everything works and the beds are very comfortable. The only issue are the elevators. At the time I stayed there one was out of order, while the other 3 really struggled. The wait to go up and down at "rush" hours was unusually long. "

"Very new hotel, clean and bright! Very suitable for families with kids as they have play area for kids and adults alike! One of the few hotels where all the drinks and small snacks in the room are complimentary. Hotel even gave some tokens (1 per person per night) which can be used to exchange food/drinks/souvenir. Hotels location is also good!"
