「Disappointed that Expedia don't check the facilties claimed. There is no bar, despite the listing. As the hotel is some distance from town, it would have affected my decision to stay there. 「The views are amazing and staff friendly but we were very disappointed when they tried to scam us at dinner. After we ordered the waiter suddenly announced that all the prices in the menu was “old prices” from 2022 and that there would be extra charges. Appearantly the menu card has not been opdater for 3 years…. That kind of extortion is just unprofessional. 」

「The house is a bit up-hill. Better take a local taxi to drive you there. The host gave me a shortcut to walk down to the main road which is much convenient and fast for down-hill. This is a homestay, the host is living on the ground floor and 3 guestrooms on the second floor. I do love the common area upstair very much. "I stayed two nights at the Heritance Tea Factory hotel. As soon as I arrived I was amazed by the scenery, it looks just exactly the same as the photo, surrounded by tea plantations with a great with of the mountains from afar. It is a bit of a drive from the town but it was nice to be in somewhere very peaceful and scenic. They have a lovely welcome ritual and tea. The hotel still has the engines from the factory days and they runs every night for 30 mins. It is full of stories in this hotel. Everyone is so kind, welcoming and helpful. I took the nature walk with Mohan and he is very knowledgeable and has the best photography skills! I also did the Pekoe trail with Mutu, the kindest man who showed me all about the flora and fauna, and taught me some local languages. We had the best laugh! Thank you team! "
