The place was good, the misto quente (grilled cheese) was really good. However it was really hot in our room which is why we kept the ceiling fan on all the time which is probably why we got sick.

Café da manhã fraco. Suco azedo. Muito mosquito no restaurante do café. Poderiam usar ar condicionado e frutas na área gelada. Quarto era ok. Serviço recepção muito bom! Quarto limpo.

Cuidados necessários e simples.

Foi razoável. Alguns problemas de comunicação no serviço. Para sair água do chuveiro tinha que abrir simultaneamente a torneira da pia e isso não foi avisado. Só descobrir depois de tomar banho frio a conta gotas. A assistência no café da manhã deixou a desejar. Se vc precisasse de algo, tinha que esperar bastante até aparecer alguém. As frutas como melão e mamão estavam servidas com casca e pelo menos uma das vezes não tinha faca para cortar as cascas e os sucos em seus recipientes ficavam parados e quando alguém ia servir-se saia só a parte rala do suco, então se faz necessario colheres com cabo comprido para misturar o suco.

Ótima localização (Avenida da Moda), com supermercado e restaurantes nas imediações, além do restaurante do próprio hotel. Quartos com bom tamanho, café da manhã variado e bem servido, estacionamento com muitas vagas, check in e check out rápidos.

Péssima experiência.

Logo na recepção uma primeira decepção. Atendente estava mal humorada e descontando nos hóspedes. Recebemos uma chave e quando abrimos o quarto já tinha alguém hospedado, todas as malas ali, um risco de segurança. Pedimos pra trocar o quarto e a recepcionista ficou ainda mais mal humorada. Novo quarto, uma toalha de banho apenas, quarto parecia que não tinha muita manutenção há algum tempo. Experiência ruim. Você faz a reserva em um hotel que parece bom e se arrepende. Dorme pois está cansado após uma longa viagem, mas não retorna nunca mais.
