「Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend! 」

「Staff are so lovely here! Pool area is an oasis. The fixtures in the room are a little cheaper than usual hotels of this level and have grown worn and tired. The bed wasn't the most comfortable as a mattress topper was used but fine for those not used to a harder mattress. The breakfast and coffee is great. The products given in the bathroom are superb. Great position with authentic and local (not tourists) eateries and coffee shops nearby. Found this a huge bonus. 」

We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. 「This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe.
