"There costumer service toward the costumers was really bad. My reservation was for a bigger room but I got an small one. The front desk could not help me because they were all book. They clearly made a mistake and they said, I was the one who made it. Also they wanted me to charge me more money. Awful staff and costumer service."

"Very good location, clean room, easy check in / check out, but with one issued while walking in the hallway on my way to the bar one of the security ask me if I was a guest there and felt kind discriminated lucky the front lady who saw me check in was passing by and she apologized. Need to be more careful and not to judge just because of apparence."

"Overall a pleasant stay. The property is beautiful and is well located for the side of town it is on, and is on a safe street with 24/7 security. AC is cold and shower gets hot. Bed was not the most comfortable and there is only breakfast and you get what you get, no options. They do allow day passes so if you want something more quiet and private, the weekends here are busy. However we probably won't stay here again because there are other options nearly half the price that have the same amenities plus food all day. "
