「Very nice and peaceful location, 15 minutes walk to the town center」

「I've probably never seen such a tidy, nicely smelling and absolutely neat and mint hotel room :-) Also the staff was extremely and un-Czechly nice: the couple of owners personally serving breakfast and being polite and courteous! Very easy access at late arrival. The only negative point: the hotel garden was locked, I would have liked to visit it...」

「Sehr schöne Appartementanlage, die an ein 5* Sterne Hotel angeschlossen ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich und die Einrichtungen des Hotels wie Fitnesscenter, Schwimmbad und SPA können mit genutzt werden. Wünschenswert wäre die Verbesserung der Kommunikation mit den Gästen in den Appartements, so dass Änderungen seitens des Hotels, z.B. die Frühstückszeit am Neujahrstag auch kommuniziert werden.」

「The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. 」

「Friendly staff in a very modern hotel. Perfekt wellness and delicoius restaurant. Just little things could be optimized. Water and coffee at the room were not replaced by room service and we had a damaged toilet brush.」

「Gepflegte und hübsche Anlage. Gutes Frühstück und wunderbarer Blick aus dem Appartement auf die Berge. Der Wellnessbereich ist ausreichend und ab 20:30 Uhr hat man dort seine Ruhe, weil alle Kinder rausgeschickt werden. 」
