"Every staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and kind. The non smoking room was clean and newly remodeled. Be prepared to spend a lot of money on food. Breakfast was over $20 per person/$28 plus tax & tip if you get the breakfast buffet. Coffee at the coffee shop was $9 for a medium. I’m sure you could get meals comped if you spend a lot in the casino. The pool area would probably be fantastic if we had not been there on a busy weekend. The capacity was 250 people. When we got there around 1:00, it was at 210. The GenX show we went to see was great. The only real thing I didn’t like at all was they serve Pepsi products. I went into Diet Coke withdrawals! Definitely a nice hotel/resort."

"From the time we checked in on a Monday till we left on a Friday morning, every single person working there from the kitchen, check-in counter, the groundwork the maintenance were constantly working to keep this property clean! Every single person working at this property were so nice and sweet! I have to say I’ve stayed in tons of hotels and not one of them had ppl working constantly keeping this place sooo clean from outside to inside! The pool was amazing, the grounds were amazing, the food was amazing, at all times there was a maintenance man there! They all went out of their way with a smile to accommodate you! We ordered food from the bar and it was sooooo good! The check in ladies all were soo nice! Always had a smile! Everyone there worked so hard all the time! When I come back to Biloxi, this will be the only place I stay!! So thank you to everyone who worked there! You guys are amazing! Whoever owns this place should never let anyone leave! Give them all a big raise! It was 102 when we were there and the hotel air conditioner never broke down! Great maintenance! Not once did I see an outside trash can be somewhat full or no towels at the pool! Clean clean clean!"

"All of the remodels since we last stayed were really well done. 875 and the pool area were beautiful. The spa was very relaxing and the services were great. Had a wonderful dinner at BR Prime. My only complaint was the smell in our hotel room. Smelled “stale”. Would be nice if they offered something to spray in the room or some sort of aromatherapy to cover the smell. Other than that one thing our stay was fantastic."
