10/10 Excellent
"Issue with the toilet door but was addressed swiftly. Front desk staff, very accommodating with special mention to Roy. He was always ready to help with anything. Breakfast was average, could have added more selections as compared to other HIEX in Asia, specially Singapore. Airport shuttle was a perfect addition. The driver was courteous and drives very safe. Overall my stay was great and will stay again in the future."
