「NEED TO REMODEL THE BUILDING」

「clean and friendly hotel.」

「The hotel is very close to a major street, therefore, very noisy. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet, therefore, the toilet gets all wet after a shower. There is a step up of a little more than a foot from the living room to the bathroom, this could pose a danger if not careful. There are several resteaurants right around the hotel, therefore very convenient. Shuttle to the airport is a plus; though there is no shuttle from the airport as advertised. The staff is friednly...

「This is the second time I have stayed in GemstoneBR. I am so satisfied! This is definitely the best condo I have ever lived in in the Philippines! The rooms of both Makati and Pasay are very beautiful and clean. I will definitely come again!」

「Yes」

「Place was clean but the staff not helping.」

「Breakfast is good,seriver is good」

「Love the place it was close at MOA and airport and lots of shopping and food places to eat definitely coming back」

「no sliper ,no cup, no wifi」

「Staff were helpful. Also they let us change our room that smelled like smoke.」

「The staff are not very friendly and they are very strict. Also the place is terrible in traffic and not so close to the airport. I don’t think the place are safety since I saw lots of street beggars at the front door of the hotel. Avoid this hotel because they only allowed 1 hours for visitors and after an hour they will charged you 500 pesos and if you don’t pay they keep calling you every 5 mins. It’s harassing you with the non stop phone call.」

「The price is very reasonable and the staff members are generally very helpful and nice. However, the room is really very basic.」
