"Hotel is a bit dated; but bed was comfortable and shower good. Typical HIE breakfast (good). Liked the parking garage. Daily housekeeping was nice. Pool and hot tub seemed clean (we didn’t use); but there weren’t any covered tables or chairs in pool area. Guest laundry very clean."

"Poor water pressure, large bathtub which could not be filled with water because there was no plug and no tub faucet, only a showerhead. Pool was cold. No hangers in the room. No spare rolls of toilet paper. Window difficult to open without a pocket knife. Good bed. "

If you need water or snacks you would have to drive three blocks to the nearest store. pool area not working, building is a bit run down but good for the price. Area is safe. Rooms are clean. Staff is attentive and available. ‘Deluxe’ rooms face Colorado Blvd so they are an excellent option during Rose Parade"
