"Fabulous hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. We were travelling with my Mum who has mobility issues and they could not do enough to help her. Our rooms were the standard doubles but they were very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel could not be better located right in the centre of Warsaw opposite the Palace of Culture. The metro is literally across the road, the tram stop and bus stop are right outside the door and the city sightseeing bus stops just round the corner so you can get anywhere very easily. Although Warsaw is very walkable and all the main attractions are not far from the centre. The food in the hotel is excellent, the breakfast had a huge choice of warm and cold foods. The bar menu was more limited in choice but the quality was top notch and there was something to suit everyone. Would highly recommend and would definately return in future."

Earlier as we came in afterr a conparitively longer flight and would have been nice to consider giving senior citizens a room closer to the elevators....but really a fabulous expwrience of a 90's respectable 5 star hotel.No fuss lounge reception and bar.Thank you and wrote this as we thoroughly recommend"
