「Our requests from management were immediately accomplished. We stayed at one bedroom apartment. Some furniture needs to be refurbished but existing ones still in good condition. Location is excellent and safe. Dining options are good too. 」

「Incrível, superou minhas expectativas, a recepcionista me ajudou muito, pois eu não encontrava minha reserva. O café da manhã foi excelente, o quarto é grande, tudo limpo, chuveiro com box, sem banheira, o que eu gosto muito, porque não gosto de tomar banho em banheiras. Ótima localização, os pontos turísticos da área central como Obelisco, Teatro Colon, Casa Rosada... podem ser feitos a pé. O custo benefício é perfeito, pois ofereceu muito mais que esperávamos. 」

「We didn't think we would be able to store our luggage since we arrive early in the morning, but we were able to as there was a front desk person. That was extremely helpful. Room was pretty nice, only negative was that they do not have hair dryers. Overall great location and place.」

「Tudo perfeito. Localização fácil e segura.Com bom atendimento no checking e checkout. A cortesia do café da manhã é um plus a mais, entretanto senti que os clientes do Ignácio são um pouco discriminados no café. Demora no atendimento além de não serem simpáticos. Observamos que pessoas pagantes que chegavam depois eram atendidos antes que nós. Acho que seria válido a gestão se atentar a este detalhe. Pois, toda boa acolhida faz a diferença em hotelaria.」

「Very good place to be, good price/benefit, staff very friendly, the issue is the communication that they send too much messages, and it is hard to read, you want to get in and go insight, but, in the end the make the best effort to accommodate and they really are friendly. 」
