「Communication was good, they accommodated us , when arrived early. Staff was good. Clean room. Could include room cleaning service as well.」

「The swimming pool and overall cleanliness of this hotel is great. Breakfast was fine and it was nice to have it included. However, i would not recommend this hotel. It is on a very busy main road and the front entrance is in a layby to a petrol station. There is no walking path out the front to gouvia town, and it seems very unsafe as the cars drive very fast. The balcony was not nice to sit on due to road noise and view of the petrol station. The experience was not relaxing. I wanted to keep...

「Very nice hotel nicest one I've ever stayed in. Definitely go all inclusive. The food was great. Good variety. It's nice to have two swimming pools. One more chilled than the other. Rooms very clean and modern bus stop right outside. Couldn't recommend enough. One negative comment. The spa sauna should be included after a treatment. It was very expensive for only half an hour so we didn't do it.」

We had to remind the housekeeping team to clean in the evening as it had not been done; the room was not cleaned properly sometimes. Other than that, we were really happy with the hotel and will certainly come back again.」
