「The property is wonderful. The rooms are well appointed. The staff is wonderful and really helpful and kind. The location is wonderful.
I think it’s unfortunate they charge extra for early check in when the room is available.
The positives far outweigh the negative I noted above. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. 」
「This is a very charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The Massena train stop was a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient to hop on the metro to get to Old Lyon in 10-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. We would stay here again. 」
