Jovencitos haciendo ruido y metieron a personas que no estaban hospedados en el hotel, en recepcion fueron muy groseros y nos culparon del ruido que tenian los demás huéspedes, y en nuestro viaje solo eramos mi esposo y yo, El hotel esta muy lindo y la bienvenida fue buena, solo al final pasamos ese percance.

Un fraude!, a pesar de que expedia nos envió la reservación No. 72327474955853, cuando llamamos al establecimiento al telefono 842 422 3888, no dijeron que no existía una reservación a mi nombre???, que no podían dar un cuartito con una cama???, nos tuvimos que regresar a pasar la noche en Saltillo. Un fraude. la persona que contesto no quiso dar su nombre. PESIMO SERVICIO

La vista del mesón es agradable. Lo decepcionante es que después de más de un mes hecha la reservación no fue respetada, por el primer día hubo una cancelación y nos pudimos quedar el segundo nos acondicionaban una oficina como habitación sin baño pero al parecer hubo otra cancelación y el tercer no había seguridad y decidimos abandonar el mesón y regresar.
